With my Tropicana I asked for a wing piece I got a leg will never go there again and the rest of the 2 meals we got tasted awful never going again

I've called the restaurant for half an hour no answer and always give the smallest chickens the wing unbelievable service is horrible dont reccomened!

Wait is way to long to order and put the order together. Under staffed. Unfortunately, I went back to take up an offer and was disappointed again. Watched the person who was making up my order pull some chips from the bag as it was to full? Potato and gravy was more like soup.

Manager was super nice and help me with my order when I couldn't get access to the offer from my app.

8pm at night, no cars in drive through and I wait 20 mins for my burger and Roll, When I showed my displeasure the young girl at drive through just snobbed me off and slammed the window.
I was actually quite nice considering till she did that, now I will be going in during the day to see her manager

I’ve been here a few times as I work near by. It is the wort fast food place hands down. It’s filthy. I’ve seen staff aggressive at customers (not me, I have no axe to grind-this is genuinely a bad operation)
The floor is always dirty. Bench seats a putrid. I wish I could upload a photo to show this. The local council clearly hasn’t done an inspection here ever

Really enjoyed the food and a definite upgrade on red roosters in Tassie food wise, but the service was terrible, young disinterested staff that need customer service lessons.or a new job.

Do not use the female toilets! Very dirty and unhygienic! No toilet paper either. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I didn't even bother ordering any food after going to the toilet. Really put me off!

When I order 1/4 chicken and chips I would like more than 10 chips…pretty pathetic portion and chicken was very dry

Got the chicken roll combo for tea last night the chips weren't even cooked they were still hard and had no salt on them but the roll was beautiful Not Happy

Better luck next time. Ordered an Roster Roll box and missing chicken bites, but had 2 small burnt fried chicken pieces. Not what was advertised. If it was a replacement for the chicken bites the girl serving should of said something. Also waited a while in the drive through for the order - not good for a first impression, hopefully management can take this onboard.

Would not recommend at all! Very rude attitude towards customers not only towards myself but others waiting in the terribly long line. Should really fix the tone towards clients. Seriously, Is there a manager present here or
not?

It was not what was ordered and the little size of those shrunken chicken legs, was spot the meat? It was not worth the amount of money that was paid. Worst one ever! Never more.

I prefer going to this red rooster as it’s located in a quiet spot on princes Highway. Easily accessible with ample parking spots. They never made me wait or disappointed me with the food. Love your work guys.

Worst Red Rooster that I have ever been to.

Looked like only 2 staff were working.

After 4 minutes, the staff took my order.

Half way through taking my order, she started speaking to people in the drive through.

The didn't ask if I had a red royalty card or if I would like receipt before walking away.

People behind me walked out for waiting to long.

Had to ask for them to add my card and it is still not logged in my account.

They then gave me the wrong receipt.

And on top of that, they forgot my drink.

Only redeeming features are that the Rooster Roll wasn't soggy, and the restaurant is modern.

The frachisee owner must train staff not to code in deals advertised or include soft drinks on combos.

Originally charged full price on all $3 add ons until complained. Left with food to see no drink, straws or anything supplied. Still see overcharged as well.

Watch this one closely if ordering.

Certainly gives Red Rooster a bad name.

We bought 4 Lunch packs 5 dollars each and there were only 8 to 10 chips give or take, my boys were not ovally happy.

Such a great experience at this Red Rooster today. Food was fresh, hot and yum, the service was excellent and it was very fast food. Grateful for good service from you guys

The chips were not even fresh it was hard and dry this was going by through the drive through. Not happy with the freshness of the food.

Placed a order for catering and it was on time and food was hot and price was cheap. 100 percent will cater from red roaster agian
