7First time to shop at this store and try to redeem an offer under my red rooster account. However the India male staff was very rude and he refuse to let me redeem my offer, and he said if you wanna redeem your offer you need to show them ID! Are you crazy? I am just buy some fired chicken, do I need to show you my ID? It’s totally racism! If you wanna see my ID please let your company add this to red rooster policies! Otherwise you have no right to see my ID! Idiot!
Reddy Red has lifted its game in the fried chicken department. Once only the domain of the Cornel, I'm now converted to rooter Royalty (literally just joined the RR Roylaty club online)
I ordered using the app at home, got 2pc free chicken for signing up, selected pickup and my rooter was ready to collect shortly after arriving in store.
I had the Spicy honey and red hot Spicy, chips, gravey and coleslaw. All were way above my expectations in terns of freshness, flavour and heat.
The honey one was some of the best fried fast food I've had. Sweet, sticky and a little spice made for an excellent combo.
Food was good, but they need to check orders before they ring them up, as they forgot my hubbies order
The worst red rooster I’ve ever had I gave them a second chance and the was worst then the first time everything was that cold it I had to microwaved it the bacon was raw in my rooster roll straight in the bin chips must have been cooked hr before I got them discussing
Pure pathetic food, i threw up on my wife because i got food poisoning from the chips they were raw, now she took the kids, and signing divorce papers.
Not open until 12am as advertised. Drove all the way for a cooked chook and arrived at 11pm and it was closed.
Asked for fresh hot food, was served Stan chips n like warm chicken poor customer service I end up going in & demanding Fresh!
