Small bits of chicken came with the box meals, not really worth the extra dollar or two just for that and potato gravy.

Nice food, friendly staff. Fast service. Only down side is loud music, hard for me to hear staff when ordering.

Fast service and piping hot fresh chips. The crispy chicken is so enjoyable and spot on every time. The online pre-order and pick-up system is convenient and works seamlessly. Also, easy access and plenty of parking at this store.

It's always a good feed at Red Rooster, never had any issues with their food or service. Keep up the good work guys.

Seriously thought Red Rooster will just slowly die off. But their "fried chicken" is a must have. The crispiness is maintained and I've been multiple times. It's as good as Korean fried chicken - Highly recommend.

My family choose this Red Rooster outlet even though we have some closer as they have better service{people that deem they care for their customers) more than other outlets.quantity of food is more value

Bad experience I ever had at red roaster
I order online. I get there on time to collect.
I asked about my order the lady at front said being prepared. I said okay, time went pass to 30 minutes. Than I asked her again she said ohh sorry that was ready but she forgot to call me to pick. I was like are you serious? She didn’t even apologise.

Am abit confused. When you go to get hot chicken for dinner at any hot chicken whether Red Roster, charcoal chicken, KFC, etc, and if it's all they sell, CHICKENS, you would expect to have chickens ready, as you don't sell anything thing else. This is the second time that we come to get things, and had to wait for chicken to be cooked and waited for 20mins. And it's dinner time. I would think you would extra ahead of time to keep up with the demand. Otherwise, everything was cooked well, except the whole chicken that we waited for, as they were rushing around like headless chooks, our chicken was slightly under cooked, so am hesitant to go again.

Cant believe how good that mega cheese burger is and there no mess not like the opposition where you burger are displaced get service good food and the actual restaurant is clean as

Nice to see this restaurant re opened.more modern now and the food has always been of good quality. Now just waiting for them to get their home delivery service going and we will order from them so much more often. Everything is nice. I highly recommended this place. Must try.

If I could rate lower than one star I would.
I got a pathetic little excuse of a dried out mini chicken for $13 today.
No wonder Red Rooster is going bankrupt

Super brilliant service, couldn't believe how quickly they could serve the food and all with a smile.

I always get great service and the team that work there are friendly. Great food, always freshly made.

Very good, fast delivery, always get the family roast and it's wonderful. Always nice when you want roast and don't have time to cook it. Price is reasonable, saves me having to muck around picking dinner up. Highly recommend.

It's a mess. I arrived at the outlet on a quiet evening. I was the only customer in the shop, so, I thought my order will be served quickly.
I was wrong! Very wrong! I waited a good 30 mins for the meal. And in all these time, the restaurant was busy pushing out orders for drive through, uber Eats, door dash deliveries!

Why are they ignoring walk in customers? Simply because there's no timers to track the KPI and SLA for walk in customers?

I got annoyed after a good 20-25 mins, walked up to the manager to ask where our orders are. Was told they're "preparing". It is another 10 minutes before 1 get my meal. And not once did he apologise for the bad service.

Red Rooster, what is the KPI for fulfilling a walk in customer's order? How are you tracking that?

Enjoy Red Rooster food but staff here are always a let down. Rarely polite or helpful. Never seem to "have that deal at this store". Was once a regular there but it is really obvious that it's a franchise that's going under. Possibly poor customer service has trickled down from how they are being treated from higher up. But definitely would not recommend to anyone.

Food is as expected for fast food but what was very disappointing was half the store taken up be employees having what seemed like an induction they were talking about customer complaints and how to handle them and as for us the customers we were there eating and exposed to it all so not necessary or professional won't be back

Even after there huge reno they're still the slowest take away food EVER i figured they had updated their facilities for nothing because it is NEVER busy

Normal red rooster, very patient staff member who was being very polite to the man who was upset that the drive through wasn't working or registering his vehicle. He was very competent when serving us.
