Every time I eat at red rooster I am reminded of why I don’t eat at red rooster.
Got some chicken roll combo, it was just regular chicken with mayo in a roll (I could have made that at home with ingredients from coles) and what’s worse they had clearly microwaved the roll so the bun was flaccid and steaming hot, overall not my best fast food experience

First time in our life that the pineapple was on the bottom of the bag under the box (picture supplied)! We also had to go inside to get our rooster roll which was missing, only to be asked if we ordered one. It was clearly sitting in the reception area and they had failed to pack it.

Red Burger $7.95, so let call it $8.00 - Very disappointed with the small size of this burger. It would be lucky to satisfy a small child, let alone an adult like myself. The single male toilet was also closed for maintenance. Female staff member that served was friendly and service with a smile goes a long way, but I don't think I will be visiting RR gain, nor Macca's etc etc as you just don't get any value for money. Better off with a real burger from the fish and chip shop. Or Subway too of course.

This is the best outlet for service. Customer service 5 stars. They r flexible and suggest alternatives if a certain food ran out. We were served by a male teen and male staff at the back. A pity we forgot to get their names.

Service from the girl at front was great and food was also very great

Gave them a second chance but boy it's sad food! Soggy undercooked chips and microscopic size chicken is tragic

Absolutely terrible service, girls at the front just sit and watch food warm, and takes a very long time for a simple meal.stop watching food warm and serve it, sat there watching my food in the warmer about 5 minutes before i actually got it

Ordered chickens for Christmas day pick up. Such a great idea. Easy to pre order and pick up was quick.

This branch are most worst in croydon! All front counter so meant to give Driver delay and wait! Always have to wait more than half hours!

Store is filthy. Bathrooms are gross, no loo paper. Walls of the store are incredibly grubby.

Well I haven’t been to Red Rooster since the mid 90s when Tina’s Sweet Sorrento was gracing the living rooms everywhere mostly because it’s just chicken and sure it’s good chicken but it’s just chicken so when I rocked up at the drive thru speaker was I surprised to find the chicken is now fried as well and that is not just chicken anymore because at home I don’t house a deep fryer so fried chicken is somewhat of a treat. My best point of reference is the competitor fried chicken just up the road so when I pick up the fried chicken my first impression is boy this is crispy much more-so than competitor chicken so I go in for first bite and at first I’m concerned that it’s dry but on further investigation I realise that it’s just that’s it’s not dripping with oil all the way through like competitor chicken now don’t get me wrong I love competitor chicken for all its 11 degrees of deliciousness and this had a different flavour which was overall pleasant in its own right but definitely more crispy and also not dripping in grease but yes it was still moist, depending on the cut some pieces moister than others so yeah it was a home run.

Do not like rr chicken. My wife likes rr roll only reason for purchase. Chicken is overcooked

I was in the area and got take out but travelled to my home. Ordered and charged for a triple red spicy burger box meal, and just got the single spicy box. Not happy that I was charged $18 meal for something that's about $12

Food was fresh and actually pretty good.however. Tables were dirty, the men's restroom was not available so everyone was using the ladies and it was an absolute mess! Hand dryer not working. Rubbish outside the store was overflowing and all over the walkway, bins need immediate attention!

Still waiting in the drive-thru after 20 mins at least. I stupidly thought takeaway on the way home from kids activities tonight, would be quicker then getting home and cooking! Oh how I was wrong. Ridiculous wait time.

Ordered Fried Chicken pack for dinner on Friday. Total 30.95 AUD. This pack consists of 8 pieces fried chicken, 2 large chips, 1 large mashed potato and gravy, 1 large coleslaw, and 1.25L soft drink.

The chicken was perfectly cooked. Crispy on the outside, juicy in the inside. The flavors were well-balanced, but not quite outstanding.

The mashed potato was really scrumptious and creamy! The gravy was savoury and plentiful. The coleslaw was sweet, crunchy, and had good noodle-like texture.

Avoid online delivery from this store. Good chance 'the system is down' and the order will never arrive.
