The Girl that was taking my order was very rude. The manager named Kurt was Not Helpful at all and was very rude also. The food was soggy and cold

Inside store is run down and not clean. Outside rubbish bins are full with rubbish on ground. Very old and run down store. Not a well looked after store. Manager could speak more nicely to staff as well.
The food was nice and hot, as you'd expect. The store could just use some love, the booths are a bit beat up and need some love. Fine for drive thru though.
Did a drive through today on dusk as needed something to eat quick and fast. The service was good. Friendly and polite. The food was as it was. That was not the issue.
The car went over a pothole that was bigger than pictures of " sinkholes" I have seen overseas. It nearly swallowed the car before l even entered the drive through.
Get it fixed guys if you can.
Foods OK if not overpriced. Not sure why they think RR should be more expensive than Maccas or KFC. The place is horrid. Clean it up FFS
It's Red Rooster. Home of the best gravy on planet Earth. Possibly Mars also but I haven't spoken to anyone there to check!
Food is always fresh, decent amount of chicken and lettuce in the roll to satisfy my appetite! Always great service by all the young staff, so welcoming and pleasant to talk to! My go-to place for take away!
My rooster roll was a bit dry with no mayonnaise at all, but the potato and gravy was delicious

Broken table, ripped seats (been like that for months)
Filthy seats, especially baby seat i would never place a baby in.
Potholes in both entry's which could easily damage your car.
Food was nice and fresh and staff were friendly.

Food was ok, not the best Red Rooster I've had though. The seating area looks like it could do with done TLC as most of the padded seats looked well worn out and I've if the tables had a warning sign saying it was broken and not to lean on it.
Items missing always. I ordered from desserts here items missing. Never ever order again. Management is so poor
Fantastic food, fantastic service, great workers. Got a rippa box, tasted fantastic, car died in the drive through, absolute legends helped push it out and jump start me. 10/10 will come back again, thanks guys!
The place needs some attention.
Broken door, ripped seats and broken tables.
Served a roast with no cutlery when asked for some were informed they had run out of forks, so we ate a roast dinner with a knife and spoon- lucky it tasted good and staff are relatively friendly.
While eating, over heard a staff nember ask another if they had wiped down the window sills, her reply was. "that is not a thing" this drew my attention to the dead bugs along window sills. Maybe it should be a thing!
Love hate relationship.
Staff are sometimes rude and curt, food is mostly okay - pretty standard for a red rooter.
Poor service. Staff didn't know the menu and didn't have some of the food from the menu. Never again. Would prefer Maccas next time.

The slowest Red Rooter in Vic. If you see more than 2 cars in drive throug go to Maccs next door.
Great service, was upgraded to a large chips for the wait which wasn't even long at all and the lovely girl who was working the drive through suggested to me to get a large chips and small gravy instead of the chicken loaded chips no chicken I usually get and then she put the chips and the gravy into the aluminium container for me as well! Excellent service! If you are her boss and you are reading this, give her a payrise!
