Red Rooster

I recently ordered a chicken burger from here and was extremely disappointed with the portion size of chicken in my burger. Instead of a satisfying chicken patty or a decent-sized piece, I received only two mini-strips of chicken, which hardly constituted a filling meal. This lack of chicken made the entire burger experience extremely underwhelming and left me feeling unsatisfied with my order. I hope Red Rooster can address this issue to ensure customers receive the quality and quantity they expect when ordering from their menu.

Hubby went in. Stood there and waited to be served, no other customers. The guy saw him from the kitchen, looked away and ignored him. Hubby stood there, moved directly where they couldn’t ignore him, still nothing. 3 kids had ordered and received their food at Maccas and still no service from the red rooster team. Finally as hubby was about to leave the guy approached. Was too late, left without food and won’t return.

Overpriced. Meat scarce & is n the cold undercooked side, Sauce sickening, Lettuce lacking and extra crumbed stuff supposedly nugget in burger disgusting for $6+. Apart from too much salt where’s the lettuce. Medium chips too small. Never going back!

They played good music, and the food actually wasn't that bad considering it's Red Rooster. Went from roast chickens to now what seems like a KFC

There are so many nagative comments in the bottom regarding foods, i dont have much experience ordering foods from this store but I am giving this four stars for staff member who worked 6/6/23 in afternoon shift. I am so sorry for him he was running whole store buy him self no one for help. He was doing his best even tho few people waiting for foods.he was running around the store and try to get ahead of the orders and dont forget to apologise every customer who waiting for their food. This person clearly deserve from managers specially for that commitment in that age.

Wow. Stood there for about 10 mins waiting to place an order at about 9pm. Another young lady collected her order then decided to say something. Her words don't yoy realise this lady has been standing here for ages waiting to order. The lad said yes but there's only 4 of us and we're extremely busy. Her response was you could of at least acknowledged her. He said yes and apologised. Took my order and the he was genuine and continued to aplogise. Thus lady and another m ember female, short and had her h air up in a ponytail plait had abit of a discussion i presumuse about the young ladies comment. Great when my order came up the female staff member called out family fries handed them over didn't apologies her customer service skills were crapped.

Visited last Saturday - waited for a few minutes at the counter- no staff to be seen, one staff member briefly at deep fryer cooking then disappeared. Kitchen looked dirty- went to MCD instead served straight away

Always hairs in food. Manager is owner and it's a franchise so dont expect help from Red Rooster. She also owns South Bypass so same problem.

Literally a hair in my chicken tender? This is disgusting and violates food handling and safety practises. Unsanitary. Chips also where soggy with no salt.
And it was ridiculous to be $19 for chips and a bit of chicken (maybe I was paying the extra money for the hair?).

There was an extremely long wait and they got our order wrong. They didn’t even give us napkins. This is definitely the worst chicken I have ever eaten.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful. AWFUL service yesterday at this Red Rooster. Very disappointed. I was waiting 20 minutes to find out they never made my order. I asked one of the staff members where my order was and they took the receipt I had and walked over to the order screen, then proceeded to walk back to me and say "I don't know sorry" then walk off. The manager didn't even come over or look at me to apologise which would have been the right thing to do. I watched her sloppily put my wrap together and throw it down the chute. I checked my order before I left to find the food was cold and didn't have the extra ingredients I PAID for. Upon looking at the inside of the wrap I found 3 black hairs which was DISGUSTING! If I hadn't have looked in the wrap I would have eaten them too. I requested a refund and the staff member who served me seemed unapologetic and uninterested.not even a sorry.very poor service on behalf of the staff and manager on duty. I ended up going to McDonalds right next to it who were 3X AS BUSY, and gave me my food 6 minutes after I ordered. NEVER GETTING RED ROOSTER HERE AGAIN -10/10

Worst chicken ever hadextreme salty and worst staff. Bad quality. I can understand why Adjacent McD is doing good.

Been there a few times the food is rushed and this time they did not have any reaper sauce.its not hard to keep stock of a few sauces, definatly going down hill.there was only me and one other customer in at the time.

Stood at the counter for about 5 minutes, two staff completely ignored me. No wonder red rooster is always empty

Among the worst food I've ever eaten. $8 Chicken roll was microwaved to oblivion and not fit to serve to animals

I don't generally give bad reviews but the manager last night (19/6/21) was an absolute disgrace. Ordered $15 worth of chicken tenders, bit into the first one and it was cold, asked to swap it for the equivalent in nuggets so she offered to give 10 nuggets (they had a deal 10 for $5). Said how about money back then, she said if you didn't want the tenders why did you order them then? ! Reckons she temperature tested them and they were fine, Pffftt.

It was terrible. I ordered a bacon and cheese roll and a large onion rings, the beacon and cheese was drenched in barbecue sauce and the bacon was barely cooked. The workers actions where less than admirable and there where like five onion ring.i should have just gone to McDonald's.

A good alternative on the highway as most of the time it's just McDonalds.

The cheesy nuggets are quite good and potato gravy is not bad.

Staff member is quite friendly too.

The staff are really friendly and they try their best to be as quick as possible which is hard when there's a few people in line but the food is really good

I go around Australia to try all Red Roosters and boy this is a good store, staff might need more training but they try, Mr Fox would be great to see you work here more. Next stop on my list is your other store on the next 2 turn offs. Hopefully see you there today today.
