Waited almost 30 mins in drive through waiting bay, ended up walking into the store, I wont be back.
Excuse the pun. But this afoul disappointment. Ordered a BBQ Burger box. Had about 8 chips that where stanky. The potatoes and gravy was bad (hard potatoes mash). The deeper fried to with and inch of its live piece of chicken was dry. Unlikely to be back anytime soon, unless the quality, taste and care returns.
Friendly staff food is always fresh and store is clean. Love the Reds burger and Flava wrap always have trouble deciding what to eat when I go there.
Not the greatest experience. Serving sizes are small, items are rarely hot, and chips often cold. Definitely not value for money and probably my least favourite fast food chicken franchise. Unlikely to visit again and more likely to try my luck at a local cafe.
Good costumer service in waurn ponds the young lady was perfect, we asked for certain pieces and we had received recommend for sure.
Couldn't even do a half chicken 45 minutes after opening. Appalling, I don't know why they even bother opening.
Very nice fried chicken far superior to KFC. The staff were very attentive and patient while I was figuring out what to order in the drive thru. Their three piece deal was amazing value too.
They are trying to reinvent themselves but really haven't quite got it right. I think the days of red rooster are almost done.the food was pretty ordinary, old oil and very uninterested staff didn't help.
Chicken was cooked beautifully but why do they cut the 1/4 chicken breast piece halfway up the breast I'm buying a 1/4 chicken not a 1/8 of chicken, chips could have been cooked slightly more to crisp them up and the pineapple fritter was spot on.
Just so you know very satisfied customer here on your crunchy fried chicken, not salty all, juicy inside crunchy outside, less grease too! You nailed it!
Forgot a couple of items on a large order, but other than that really good service and solid food!
The worst red rooster in Victoria the last 3 times they have stuffed the order up then speak to a manager who is about 15 years old who has no clue do not go too this red rooster terrible experiences
Never again
Just been through the drive through at Waurn ponds and again my order is wrong. Happens quite a bit. Got home ordered a Tropicana pack no chips in it and ordered potato and gravy, that's not there either. Can't be bother driving back to the store
To my surprise the original crispy chicken burger is no longer, was pretty shattered till i ordered the reds burger and this burger was absolutely blazingly delicious. But why not bring back the original crispy burger on the menu as it was a classic.
Wrap was gpod, however i ordered a medium meal and the chip size was woeful plus the coke was warm. Sauces were also good.
Once again no napkins in takeaway bag excessive price for hamburger half the size of your hand poorly wrapped chicken well and truly over cooked the worst hamburger had in a long time
Always seemed to have had a bad experience here and they've been known to have a bad history with their staff and customers which doesn't help
Ordered a Cheesy & Bacon that has Chicken in it. Got on the High Way and found the Roll entirely Frozen cold and it would be a understatement to say that the roll was more responsive than the half dead emlpoyees, 1 they forgot to cook the bacon. 2 they forgot to put the chicken in entirely. 3 the photos are a scam to the actual Food. 4 they were rude when trying to ask for a replacement and a refund after we drove all the way back there.
Took the kiddies here on my way back from the werribee zoo, i was in need of a feed to supply my needs therefore i got the chicki dicki meal
The tunes playing within the shop were god awful, i believe they were playing juice world, i prefer billy joel myself, a bit of piano man would've enlightened my day
My son also got the legends mega box but didn't feel like a legend, i would request you change this title immediately as it didn't live up to the hype
Overall my experience was quite memorable and will suggest future generations of the family to come dine here.
