Worst customer service experience ever
The girl on drive thru was eating chips and too busy talking than serving. Her attitude was deplorable
Service here is always impeccable. Anyone who has ever served me has been so friendly it's honestly shocking. Nobody goes through the drive thru for the service! But here, i would. Food delicious, such a hidden gem. Just a bit expensive but that's not their fault.
Waited in drive through for at least 10 mibs then got family pack, got home to find it not cooked through still red inside. No wonder we waited for so long.was going to take it back but we dont go down that way very often.
Beautiful fresh food, great service. This is the nicest red rooster we've eaten in a long time!

As much as I luv red rooster, this was outstanding, so fresh, and hot. The young girl serving was doing a great job cleaning the resturant area and doing drive through as well. She seemed to be the only front counter staff on.

Would recommend this store for sure
The food was good and the service was also friendly and helpful. However the disabled accessibility needs a serious upgrade. The disabled car park was way too small and there was no easy access to the restaurant without walking up the driveway and over speed humps to try to get inside. Once inside, there is no disabled toilet, and the only toilet available is much to small and difficult to use for a wheelchair. So this needs some serious upgrading to make the restaurant accessible and usable by everyone.
