The food was beautiful and hot as expected. The drinks were lovely and cold as they should be the place was clean and peaceful and the young guy who served me, (Adam), was courteous polite friendly and professional. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants great service and excellent food. 10 out of 10 from me

Best service I've had from any red rooster. Great staff, quick service, great food and staff provided serviettes and refresher wipe in take away bag. Well done all round!

I purchase the meal few days ago and unfortunately I only received half my order and i wasn't happy so, I wrote the feed back. Surprisingly the manager of the store called me and apologies for the mistake and offer me few ways to resolve the issue. Great customer service, I really didn't expect that. The manager was very polite and professional. Thank you for great service and tasty food

Picked up 3 Tropicana packs with the wing and all three chickens were stringy and one pineapple was moist not crunchy…. Been coming here for ages and it’s been great…but not tonight

Red Rooster is the BEST fast food takeaway joint.
We should have all other fast food restaurants replaced with a Red Rooster!

The family and I used to have a Friday night tradition to get KFC back in the day back when it was golden. Sadly those days are gone and KFC is now a soggy and burnt mess. You guys have come to the rescue and given back that golden delicious crunch in the form of your fried chicken.

The difference is honestly night and day.

One of the better Red Rooster stores in the area. Food is consistently good, staff are attentive and it's never overly busy so the wait times are reasonable.

I ordered through Menulog and I received the wrong order. I called the restaurant and they took total responsibility and my replacement order was personally delivered by the duty manager. Mistakes happen, but the customer service displayed to rectify the issue was absolutely fantastic! Well done!

I went there with Elise on Tuesday 20th September 2022. I had the Chicken Burger and Regular Chips and Elise had 10 Cheesy Nuggets but they bought out the burger with Chicken Tenders so I complained because they gave me a one with Chicken Tenders instead of one with a Chicken Patty so the lady swapped it over to 10 Cheesy Nuggets for me. I would recommend buying the Chicken Burgers and Chips from Grillz in Chirnside Park.

Several bad experiences back to back with them and not only the food issue but also the staff behaviour too, I have complained about the food issues a few times but they don't care to be honest. I won't come back again for sure.

1. A few times, asked for only breasts for the 6 pieces fried chicken meal but received once 3 wing and 2 drum sticks and a thigh no breast and twice 4 wings and 2 drum sticks. I wonder if they do that on purpose didn't realise until I got home hopeless!
2. Ordered and paid for hot spicy 3 pieces fried chicken meal box but when I got home realised the fried chickens are normal not spicy.
3. Ordered 2 large sweet potato chips, got home realised one of the boxes only having 2/3 chips and all are over cooked tiny sweet potato chips.

Great service and the food is so fresh and tasty. I haven't had Red rooster in ages but Greensborough RR is the best one for ages (I drive from Mernda, I prefer this one over South Morang).

Asked for no tomato in my wrap, Got tomato in my wrap. If you have an allergy to any type of food, don't expect RR to get your order right!

Unfortunately our first experience at Red Rooster did not live up to our expectations. We found the chips and coleslaw good. I found the chicken fairly okay and less fatty than its famous competitor. However, my partner disagreed with the quality of the chicken. We also were given a wing as a piece rather than a drumstick or thigh which to us felt like a joke…
The staff was nice but customer service was poor due to the fact there was no towels given, no wipes, no cup for our drinks and no sauce. When we asked for a couple of sauces, we were given one at a time. A bit tight and unpleasant to be cutting cost on 1/2 barbecue sauces. The box was as expensive as if we went to a restaurant in CBD and that really confirmed we will not go back there.

It was a visit down memory lane, and not something we do everyday. We reside a few suburbs over, although we weren't too far from the store many years ago.
The service was quick and the food was hot and freshly made. It was the first time our kids had Red Rooster and they enjoyed it also. The fried chicken was surprisingly good, and very crispy.

Late evening snack required so stopped off for a tropical pack and drink.
Nice piece of Chicken breast however the pineapple rings crusting had gone past being golden to dark Brown, almost overdone.

I think Red rooster is now my fav fast food. Chips not quite as good as hungry jacks in my opinion, but the burgers are very nice. Different because the bun is cooled, unlike other places. Basically Red rooster for chicken, hungry jacks for beef.

Good to park and eat if you are running early to the airport.
Helpful staff and clean facilities

This is a great Red Rooster. Easy to get to, loads of parking and a spotless store. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
