40I went to pick up my order it’s say drive through on the application but when I have waited in drive through 20 mins finally my number came lady were extremely rude ask to to come to front desk to pick up order. I’m just wondering why weren’t they not able to pass my order through window. Such a big inconvenience caused never ever coming.
This Red Rooster would have to be the worst in Australia. The food comes out in the most careless way. Burgers and subs are put together extremely poorly and are poorly cooked either to much or not enough. If you ask for some to be done like fresh fries they put a layer of fresh fries on top and older limp fries on the bottom of the pack. The staff look extremely unmotivated. It’s a sorry and sad outlet.
Great tasting food, l buy here every weekend amazing place, go here you can not go wrong, you will be happy you did.
It is just getting worse day by day. The bread is always bad either it is cold or it weirdly soft. Very less lettuce in burger.
Really good food, I'm loving the new fried chicken. Their herb mayo is one of the reasons I keep coming back. Customer service was great from the manager he was really nice. I'll definitely be in again in the near future:)
Walked in, waited 20 minutes and never got served, so I went next door to Hungry Jack's. TERRIBLE
Always consistently good food, great staff and nice and quick which is great if you’re on a lunch break from work.
One of the staff today was kind enough to give me a complimentary desert which was a nice surprise today, thank you so much, I really appreciate it!
Went here via drive through. Ordered and the servers were very chirpy and happy. I wanted cheesecake for dessert bur they were out of stock of them so they asked me if I'd like to settle for a chocolate mousse instead to which I begrudgingly agreed. Food was cooked fresh which meant we had to wait there at the window for a couple of minutes, but I didn't mind as it was worth the wait to be able to have freshly cooked food. I was never given my mousse though and made it all the way back home to Southbank by the time I'd realised.: ' (
Customer service is fabulous to the lady on drive thru was happy friendly and great at her job. Food was made fresh and it was still hot when I got home in Derrimut nearly 15minutes away
The drive through menu board needs to be changed as it is not clear or just dark.
Needs an illuminated sign to show they are open for business.
Half of the chicken was over cooked had the color of burt caramel the other half was a golden honey color.
Drive through service was ok.
Great food from this store. Parking is ok, but overall it a fantastic red rooster. I recommend people try this and compare the food to the other red roosters because it was great here!
I was quite surprised at the level of customer service. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. Restaurant was very clean which is very important in the time of Covid. The food was also cooked to perfection.
Ok so something out of left field.
Tonight we went there for take away and the food was good as usual.
Two Police officers walked in to order dinner and one of them requested to use the toilet.
He was told that he was unable to because they were locked.
Now I know we are in lock down due to Covid but seriously the boys and girls in Blue certainly deserve a few privaledges I believe and they could have made an exception.
4 stars for red roosters gladstone park. We like so much there fried chicken crunchy. But little bit salty for the fries.
Worst every experience of Red Rooster I have ever had. Never again and when I tried to talk to them about it, was ignored, then dismissed and then told to go to web site. Customer service - massive fail.
Tonight we bought Red Rooster and a lovely new manager Adam served us. I gave a 5 star because he was just a gorgeous person and our food was fresh and hot. Thankyou Adam I hope you stay here in Gladstone Park.
The time spent from ordering my meal to collection was very quick. Anyway the experience was enjoyable and made even better by the efficiency and friendly service of the team.

Extremely disappointed and very angry. Placed an order and spent $ 50 on my order. Did not arrive, yet asked for a review. I have tried to contact the restaurant and menu log.my calls were not answered. I can understand if there is a delay due to being busy, just keep the customer in the loop. I will never order from this store again. They took my money for the last time.
After being told they had no chicken, had to change our order AND waited 20 minutes for 4 meals thinking that it would all be fresh (after waiting for so long) and all be in the bag! We did not check the bag in the drive thru as we thought after 20 minutes of waiting it surely would have all been there. We did not receive our 10 chicken cheesy nuggets, 2 mash and gravy’s + 1 normal gravy and a regular chips. Then after getting home and realising all of this we then drove back to realise they were closed (at 9pm) even though on their website it stated 11pm closure. AND to add on top of that our chips were cold, soggy, salt-less and NOT fresh. + they also charged an extra 10% surcharge. We spent $70 for a 20 minute wait time and half our order missing.
