I have been here 3 times this week. 6: 30 ‘the chicken will be a 10 minute wait’ it was actually 20.8: 30 ‘sorry, we have no chickens. ’ And 5: 30 today, didn’t bother to tell me the chicken wasn’t ready and had 4 people sitting there waiting.

It’s red rooster, you sell chicken! It should be ready on time. This is all management/the owner’s fault

This place is so disgustingly dirty I almost spewed my guts out just using the restroom. Dead flies everywhere, the toilets were filthy beyond description. I'm so glad I went in as we were considering ordering takeaway drive through. Thank God we didn't.

We waited so long as only 1 person was working. We watched as she dropped napkins on the floor and just picked them up and gave them straight to a customer. Never will I go here again.

CAUTION: : MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE BAG AND CONFIRM YOUR FOOD!
Useless service.they got the order wrong and had to correct it at the window. Then I get home and they haven't put one item in while they charged me for it.
I repeat, make sure you check your food before you leave.

Absolutely disgusting! See photo! Flava looked like it had been left in a hot car on a summer afternoon! Absolutely inedible! Lettuce was brown and wilted into mush! Went hungry. That was my dinner!

Staff are very friendly and accommodating! They even gave us paper plates and cups because we had a large group and dined in!

Staff had the personality of a tree stump. Food very ordinary. Dont think id go back again. Very disapointed.

Made an online order, made me wait for 20-30 minutes inside their store, only to tell me that they don't have chicken and can't refund it.

This gimmick is just a Scam to get access to your phone. DO NOT FALL FOR IT, I used the QR code to try get my "free chios" but all it did was make me download an app, and then allow access to microphone, camera, location etc.once done it simply gave me access to the app BUT NO FREE CHIPS. I was still in store, so I spoke with the manager, but she was not sure how it worked so did not offer me the free chips and just ignored the whole situation. Very disappointing. Considering I wasted 10minutes signing up for it!
And after all that, the food we purchased was all very disappointing and left me wishing I had gone to kfc instead: (
I got home and saw an email that was promising the free chips, so I went back down, but once again, noone knew hos to activate the voucher, after 10minutes of embarrassment, the manager lady, FINALLY came to see if she couldhelp, but still could not complete the ridiculous online system to activate the voucher, then all of a sudden she said, "no, that is it actually, that is the voucher and we can give you the chips" HALALUJA, FINALLY SOMEONE BOTHERED TO DO WHAT SHOULDVE BEEN DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE. However, chips were undercooked and under seasoned, they went in the bin and was a waste of time. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE, THIS IS STRIKE #3

I like to drive-thru around lunchtime for hot lunch. Never had to wait long at all. Very convient

If the portions of chicken get any smaller they will need to start calling themselves Red Sparrow.

Ordered via Uber Eats. Half an hour later I had to call them to check on progress because they had sent no updates over the app. They seemed to have no idea what they were doing, and cancelled my order on the spot because they had no drivers.

We bought the Rooster feeder. Absolutely disgusting. The corn was burnt the chips floppy chicken overcooked where were the peas etc y get with these feast. Expensive rubbish.please explain. Even the dog turned its nose up at it. Rubbish

Put my order in asked the young girl to repeat order when arrived home kitchen staff didnt do order properly stuff missing then ring they say they did order right.so wont be back not like it use to be meals smaller to

I've had mixed experiences with this establishment, on one hand the food has been mostly good. On the other it sometimes provides less than good quality of food. We've found they offer soggy or undercooked chips a lot of the time. When calling them up to remedy this they offer a refund or the same order free next time. Problem is, the "free" meal was also poor in quality which is just frustrating. I'm hoping the quality of the food improves or at least take on criticism and requests without a petty attitude.

Very poor service, the third time we have payed for meals that were incorrect and not complete as well as being cold.

Order fried chicken, very dry. 2 small drumsticks, 2 wings, 2 rib cage - very little meat. Not as good as kfc and 40% dearer. I suggest don’t bother

Seriously check your orders before you leave the drive through area. This is now the 2nd time I've been missing a meal

Got the ripper meal. Chips were cold and soggy barely any salt, the roll was chewy, I’d say the only good thing it had in it were the wings but they barely the size of two 20 cent coins next to each other

The staff member who served me was very pleasant. The food was typical Red Rooster, so nice checked and chips.
