Really disappointing food.
Red Rooster has really fallen in quality. Will never go back there again

This guy named Ethan Toole served me today, and it was some of the best customer service i've ever experienced, GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE PLEASE.

Showed up at 9am. No one teding the drive through.went inside one guy bussy in the kitchen verry politely told me just a sec. Starting looking for someone thats clearly no where to be found.waited a few minutes. 2nd employee enters telling me sorry were closed.when i asked what time the open looked at the clock then stated 9h30 today

Front staffs still sleeping i guess! The way he talk and act.not helpful not try to serve. I asked something he just look at me like. God if u not like ur job get out mate.

Food is good however they constantly run out of stock and sometimes are closed before official closing hours.

Great service however the fried chicken is always dry and flavourless.
I’m also used to going to red rooster and getting fries straight out of the fryer but the ones here at Derrimut are always soggy and Luke warm. I keep going back hoping for a miracle.

I got a Burger Combo and some fried chicken which was all hot, fresh and yummy and the young lady who served me is an absolute superstar of customer service.

Arrogant staff I come on the ghan expedition to inverleigh I'm a aboriginal the staff said b$%£k dog our coaches went to several places I walked here as the coaches where nearby there was extremely racist music I walked straight out and went to subway

Just great this store, quick and correct food order comes out, during busy lunch time, served with a smile and polite, I guess the female manager runs her team and store well! Food was prepared just perfect! Staff are very clean conscious!
Keep it up lovely people! 10/10 to the manager!

I had a pleasant dining experience at the famed "Derrimut" branch of Red Rooster in support of all the amazing things I have heard beforehand.

The main course was a decently prepared platter of (Cheesy Chicken Nuggets available with your choice of Tomato, BBQ or Sweet ‘n’ Sour dipping sauce. Also available in 10pk.)

When I bit into them I was greeted with the overwhelming taste of joy, happiness, and a hint of joyfulness. I requested to speak to the manager in order to commend him for this palatable and quite exquisite meal, but it looked like he was having a rave at the back playing "Joel Corry x Jax Jones - OUT OUT (feat. Charli XCX & Saweetie) [Official Lyric Video]" while cosplaying as Batman, which was entirely a vibe.

I specifically asked for a thigh or breast piece and when I went to change it the manager didn't look to happy.
Also asked for just gravy and I just got home now and it's mash and gravy.
Chicken is still good, better than the people.
It's just the manager, the front counter lady was really good. She gets the 1 star. ‍️

Last 2 times I've been here they have messed up my order. Seems as though they don't really care here

Haven't gone to Red Rooster for years. Pleasantly surprised to see more variety in the menu. I went to the one on the Cnr Boundary & Fitzgerald Roads, Derrimut VIC 3030. Good food but I overheard the staff loudly bagging a previous customer. Discretion is advised.

Always the freshest food here by far. Howl was super friendly and polite. The manager should take notes.

Never come across a more friendly and polite manager like the guy tonight, even while waiting for my order listening to him speak to his staff was A1, nice work

Danni took our order. He was super nice and friendly. Even when we changed our order he didn't fuss. Was so nice to have such a nice person on the other end of the speaker. So refreshing coz it's so hard to come by. Thanks for the exceptional service Danni.

We ordered today 2x large 3pcs chicken satisfier for take away and the chicken gravy is off tastes sour

The Loaded fries with extra bacon and cheese that I ordered from this Red Rooster were very yummy. It filled me up nicely. The stuff were very friendly and the restaurant was very clean

The box meals are not bad, there are a variety of choices suited to your tastes. The chicken wings are one of my favourites, the burgers are not that bad and the roasts is quite good.
It is also not too busy, so you don't have to wait that long and the customer service is good and quick.

Red rooster is the worse! Got wings and it was literally fkn size of chicken nuggets. Its so sad too
