Red Rooster

I am sick of purchasing a large meal to get a medium size chips. It has been happening at this store for a while now. The box is only 3/4 full and the Rooster Rolls are no longer full of chicken.

I really love chicken, I prefer roast chicken rather than fried. We went through the drive thru

Conveniently located within a fuel station.heaps of parking.car wash.chips are always cold

Staff are very polite and helpful!
They don't rush you with choosing your order!

Never Again
I have been having Red Rooster for a while and it never tasted so bad.

Super salty burger with almost no lettuce. Uncooked nuggets, had to spit it out.

Fries were ok

I placed my order at around 10: 00 to be delivered to my place, it had said the estimated delivery time was 10: 30-10: 45. It ended up arriving at 11: 33 and by then my food was already cold. I don’t understand why it would take an hour and a half for my food to arrive, I’m very disappointed with this.

Thanks team - ordered chicken and chips for a family function last Saturday evening (3rd Sept) to our home in Pakenham. The food arrived on time, piping hot and fresh and was delicious. Thank you to the crew at Red Rooster in Windermere Boulevard Pakenham.

Large servo with red rooster ideal spot to stop when travelling with caravan etc plenty of room for parking, food was also good and friendly staff at the red rooster.

The service was excellent, the place was very clean and friendly. I just wish they were still doing the RED ROOSTER ROAST CHICKEN AND CHIPS. I AND MANY OTHERS MISS THE BEST ROAST CHICKEN YOU CAN GET IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO COOK IT YOURSELF. The service was exremely slow, and when I tested the temperature of my chips and commented "they will do" was smartly told by the drive through operator "dont be so rude" I WONT BE BACK, Iwill go out of my way for more pleasant and efficient service.

Ordered online through their website, checked to make sure that what we ordered was dairy free as my son is allergic to butter. Recieved corn with butter on it even though there Web sites allergy information states it is completely, including no traces of dairy.
I called the store and they could not have cared less.

This outlet requires a major upgrade. It currently looks dirty and drab. The shared toilets are disgusting. The food, Chicken Classic Dinner has gone down in quality and quantity.

Clean but slow for orders. But it's all made on the spot which keeps it hot and doesn't waste products.

I made an order on Menulog for this restaurant and got nothing that night or the following day. I'm very upset because I feel like they ripped me off.

Purchased new crunchy chicken. Not busy but a long wait for food, that quite frankly l would never purchase again. Bland dry tasteless, and we did go out of our way to get it.

Not very nice service- I shouldn't be eating this food anyways, but roughly once a month I like to get some chips with no salt or veggies Somehow the chips taste like they've got the old batch out of the chip warmer, thrown them in the oil again & given you chips with no salt!

Called in on the way home with the two year old daughter, around 9pm, she had just been sick from a long car ride even though the staff where busy they still manage to play peekaboo with her from around the counter showing the staff are happy with their workplace and enjoy doing what they do made a bad night a lot more bearable.

Awesome customer service at the store at Liberty Service Station, and the fried chicken was amazing. Well done!

Yummy but expensive 12pcs pack cost $27 compared to KFC family feast $31 with the sides included but I liked there chicken better ot as greasy

Service at the drive through was friendly and quick. Practising covid safe procedures as it is suggested that masks are worn when dealing direct with staff. Food was at a good a temperature and the chips were seasoned well.
