Red Rocks Charcoal Chicken - Chicken

I must say I've goung here for over 5 years and the chicken has always been good and even hot chips tastes really good. They only accepted cash at one time but now they accept cards. They probably need to get a little better at customer service but I still give them a 5

It seems they hate serving customers even though you greet them. No smile in return, no thank you. Could certainly use some customer service. Food is pretty average too

Ordered the Shnitz burger ummmm definitely not going back 2 little drops of Mayo and a little bit of old salad.chicken was very dry

Used to go here all the time. They probably wondered why I haven't been there in well over a year now. It's because I no longer live close by!

Best charcoal chicken in town! If I didnt have to be a responsible adult and eat normal, i would no joke eat the garlic cream potatoes for breakfast lunch and tea! Delicious!

Haven’t been here much but both times I came the staff were lovely and the chicken has lots of flavour I will have to come back more often

I've only ever had charcoal chicken and chips from Red Rocks so cannot comment on other menu items. It is my fave chicken place in the area. Chicken is fresh and tender, chips are fresh and crunchy. Whether it's takeaway or delivery I'm always pleased.

I ordered 1/4 chicken and chips, I asked how long for the chicken that's being cooked he said another 5 mins. So I paid and said I'll be back. As soon as I turned around he put the old wings that was in the ban marie. I know he gave me old one because when I left there was 2 and when went back in there's only 1 left. Not nice to give old chicken when I asked for fresh one.

Chips are quite good but the burgers are low quality. Didnt toast the bun.the patty is half size of bun, very light mayo and tiny piece lettuce. Thats it

This place is run by shocking people.
I used to come here almost once a week until something put me off.and if people dont believe me, they can observe and see for themselves next time they visit this joint.
The guy working in the backroom sneezed without covering his mouth, wiped his nose with his hand only to come out a few seconds later to place the chicken roasting metal skewers. He then started serving customers.
I didnt confront the guy but I decided to place these comments in the reviews section so that everyone knows what they are in for.

I nearly ran out of fingers. Great flavour. Great service and great prices too. BBQ chicken done right!

Will definitely come back here again! Ordered chicken parma and chips with a seafood salad and loved every bit of it, for a little charcoal chicken place i was shocked of how good it was! Highly recommend

Chicken was juicey tasted great there gravy is amazing i got a ceaser salad, there was a little to much sauce but other then that everything was perfect will be going back.

The gravy is very yummy.it reminds me of old school chicken and chips.x1 away.they need to freshian up the place a coat of paint.

Chicken cooked alright however the chips are too salty. Could not enjoy. Wasted the whole family pack.

They stoped selling stuffing in the chickens, the hot food in the window looks like two days old, to much mayo in the salads, they stopped selling rice pudding and chickens to small and overpriced and very boney!
