Red Rocks Charcoal Chicken

I had high hopes for this place because i love charcoal chicken and boy did it not disappoint! I could eat this everyday if I could.the owner took care of me and i appreciated it so much. If only i lived closer tho cause i would eat here everyday if I could.

Potatoes and pumpkin are hard n raw in the middle, definitely not roasted, just chucked in the deep fryer briefly, chicken was dry and peas cold, only good thing was the tiny portion of gravy. Goodys in craigieburn 200% Better

Too dry chicken, no taste like I'm eating cardboard, chips too, I would never go back, my most honest opinion

Great tasty crispy well cooked chicken:). 4 stars instead of 5 as it’s a tiny bit on the pricier side. Still come here always as it tastes great

A decent place for charcoal chicken. Prices are a little on the high side. I think it was like 4 or 5 bucks extra if you want takeaway gravy, it all adds up pretty quick if buying for a family.

Terrible lady who im guessing is the owner,
She gave me chicken which wasnt cook very well, i showed the blood around the chicken leg she said thats normal! I asked for refund as i left the chicken and chips and salad there, she said She can not refund! Forced me to buy drinks for 32$ worth! For 1.5lt Coke she charged 6$ Terrible terrible place to go

Firstly overpriced charcoal chicken, on top of that serving portions much smaller then your average charcoal chicken.
Another issue is there sacred napkins which they are reluctant to give customers when asked
Would not recommend this place at all, the female worker that served me was super rude and had an attitude for no apparent reason so I will definitely not be eating at this charcoal chicken restaurant ever again
Also the staff don’t even bother to clean your table even when they come and serve your food and see that the table is filthy.
Save your money and time and find another charcoal chicken restaurant.

Disappointed with the prices.
Took forever with preparing even thou I was the only one being served.

Absolutely amazing chicken, so well cooked and presentable. The service was amazing as they were so lovely and make your experience amazing feeling welcomed. I highly recommend everyone to go there and have those chicken with gravy and chips

I have never come across such rude Customer service, i had Charcoal Chicken which caused Food Poisoning.never use it again and also informing my friends about it.bad place and service

Tasty food, clean premises but the fellow serving (tall, wears glasses) is a rude & miserable sod who has zero people skills.

The lady at the register who I’m pretty certain is the owner needs to fix her attitude. Horrible customer service. Brought fried chicken and asked for her to put in some bigger pieces because I don’t want pay $3 for a piece of fried drumstick, thought I was nearly going to get bashed.ever since management changed its gone horrible

Fabulous chicken and chips. The chicken was succulent and the chips crispy, also give the salads a go fantastic. Love it, i eat there at least once a week and always receive fantastic service and top quality food.
Super friendly staff and extremely clean shop. Great work guy's, keep up the fantastic food and service. Try it you will love it.

I am SHOCKED at the rude customer service i received today. NEVER coming back, and telling my family and friends. All i did, was ask for a fresh potato cake, when the man responds "well, do you see any there" in a rude tone and walks off into the back kitchen. When we addressed this saying "that was rude", the lady jumped in straight away saying in a tone "WHAT WAS RUDE", we told them we're going elsewhere, and walked out while they continued to mumble. It's called CUSTOMER SERVICE. We are customers who came in being nothing but nice and your disgusting tones have lost customers like myself, who will now tell all their family and friends of our experience.
