Girls work at the counter never smile. No sense of customer service. If the owner hire some professional staff it will make a difference. Owners itself are very genuine & polite.
But shocking counter staff.

Good service by staff of multicultural backgrounds. Food cooked well. Not a diner in place, but good price for big portions. Food transparent on display like salad bar, kitchen visible.

Very disappointed. I ordered hokkein noodles with bbq pork and veggies in oyster sauce but what I got was a container full off tasteless noodles. Just a bit of meat and no veggies. Well sauce nothing just a bit at the bottom. Overall it was horrible I couldn’t eat it. If I just wanted noodles I would have just ordered that.

Thank you victor … my noodles were super soft just as I asked.the veggie supper soft.it was so nice. I will be back … it’s so hard to find a noodle bar that will over cook my noodles and veggies due to stomach surgery I can’t have food that’s raw … so a very BIG THANK YOU … I will be back

Ordered lemon chicken and rice. Chicken was bland and the sauce had multiple small dead bugs in it. Rice had a hair in it.
Hygiene doesn't seem to be a priority at this place. Tried one of the fried rice dishes too which was very tasty, but who knows what else was lurking around in it.

Decided to try noodles and soup from here today wow what a place soup was 5 stars noodles perfect definately going to make this my no 1 take away from now on great staff even better cooks congrats on a great business

Food was really nice, only thing i would say is for the satay chicken noodles to have more flavour/satay sauce!

Easily the best noodle and rice dishes served hot and fresh in the Wollert/Epping area. Do not hesitate to give Red Ribbon a try, you won't be disappointed!

Not sure why anyone would give this place a bad review. It seems they're only waiting to have a bad day themselves in order to whinge about it. I've never had bad service or bad food from Red Ribbon. The staff have always been amazing even under pressure when the place is packed with customers.

This is definitely THE BEST oriental food place in the northern suburbs. Tasty, never greasy and fantastic portions.

Positives - fresh food, beautifully cooked, not greasy, full of flavour. Very impressed with their dishes like satay chicken rice (sensational), vegie noodles in garlic sauce, lemon chicken (amazing). Seriously good noodles and asian meals at very, very good prices. Negatives? Nothing here happens in a hurry. Service is cheery and good but whatever they say it will take for your order to be ready, add 15 minutes. It is worth the wait.this is seriously good food, seriously good value. Family favourite place for take away.

First time to try and it was delicious with a nice bit of spice and very generous portions would recommend.

I absolutely love this place, their food is so delicious this is best Chinese food in the northern suburbs, I come to this shop numerous times and always get the best food, good customer Service and friendly chefs I would definitely recommend to anyone.:)

We regularly order from this place, the food is amazing every single time! The serving sizes are great and the prices are even better! If you're looking for good quality Chinese cuisine look no further!

Although there is sometimes a lengthy wait when picking up the order, some patience won't do any harm to receive a delicious meal, you'll understand why they are always busy!

First time ordering and got plum sauce pork, chicken satay fried rice and red ribbon special noodle dish. All were delicious. Plum sauce pork was pretty average but still decent. Great service too. Will def try again:)

Great and delicious food with good customer service. It was hard to choose because of the large menu.

Ordered the Korean chicken and some flat rice noodles. Spoke to a lovely girl on the phone, food was quick to pick up and fantastic with huge portions! Generous chicken serving, sauce packed a spicy punch. Lots of veggies and bbq pork in the noodles too The owner was very friendly and I'm glad I got to support this local business. Will definitely come back
