Red Gum Wood Fired Pizza & Pasta

First time customer, pizza dough was good, surprised to see the it wasn't rolled out by hand but by a machine to be honest. The topping was on the meagre side, just not enough of it, overall its an ok pizza, I would return as it's by far not the worst in the area and the prices are ok

I worked in an Italian pizza Resturant for 8+ years. I usually nowadays make my own pizza. When I don't; this has to be my local pizza of choice. (and I've tried them all). Exceptional fresh and wonderfully tasting pizza. Fast delivery also. Great work. Only downside with onine ordering is the ability to add things like chilli or oregano.etc. 4 stars is great as I try to never give 5.because that means NO room for improvement.

First time I had their pizza it was awesome but from then till now the quality has dropped 90%. Pizza base is like pita bread and hugely unsatisfying.won't be ordering from here again!

Undoubtedly the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. Pizza not worth more than 5$ weekend ruined.

It took 25 years to find, what the good pizza is. A pizza you can call food and that’s what they offer you. It’s super cheap if you pick up from store.

Tried it 3 times now and it has never disappointed! The flavours are spot on! We will return to try different items on their menu:)

We ordered a large Supreme and large Margherita (pick-up). It was ready at the time estimated and it was absolutely delicious.
They were sufcicient for a family of 4 (2 kids).

We found the whole experience very pleasant.

One of the best pizza I ever had must try vegetarian pizza and Piri piri chicken.long wait but worth waiting. Best if you pick up for hot and tasty pizza.

Very nice pizzas, but horribly cold if delivered. If I can’t pick up myself then this is not an option.disappointed

Most disappointed with Marinara Pizza last night. I was expecting a pizza with seafood as I believe that is what Marinara implies. There were a few pieces of shoe rubber like substances I suspect being passed off as Calamari yes and there was one infantile muscle that must have escaped a humicrib. I know things are tough but this was pathetic very disappointing $26.00 worth.

I want to start with a summary:
This place has the right idea about how to deliver a fantastic product. If only more pizza places operated in this way!

Ok look, the other comments about wait time don’t lie, it took 55 minutes from ordering to receiving it.but well worth the wait if you have the time.
I can’t speak about delivery as I opted for pickup, but when I got there my pizza was pre-prepared and waiting to go in the oven. I thought it was a little strange until I realised their process. They asked me if my order was correct (so I wouldn’t walk away with something I didn’t want), then they popped it in the oven and informed me it would only take a few minutes.
Again, I was slightly confused as this isn’t normally how pizza places operate, but as they said- a few minutes later I had a perfectly cooked, piping hot pizza. I realised they didn’t want it sitting there getting cold if I was late, they wanted me to walk away with the best possible product. I appreciated this so much.
I only just moved to the area and I won’t even be bothering trying any other places- this is now my pizza place
Ps- it was so fresh and absolutely delicious!

Easy order easy pick up. Cost effective, wonderful flavor deserve to try. Nice staff, first time to try, wonderful experience.

There are 1 star rating mainly for delivery delays. But, if you need good food you gotta wait, or else just go to any other dominos, don't expect a quality wood fired pizza at the price what they serve!

It is the worst pizza that I’ve ever had. When I come to pickup my order, the staff was working without gloves and kitchen was unhygienic or even dirty. All I want to say is that as a food store，you guys should put hygiene first！！!

Ordered pizza at 5.50pm still waiting at 7.30pm. Rang up and they were very unhelpful.
Never ordering from them again. Thought we would give them another try last time pizza base not cooked

Best pizza in town.bit confused from bad reviews but I think some people want money from negative publicity.worth a try if you really want to have good food.

Ordered a large half aussie half marga pizza for pick-up for 9: 15,
I arrived about 10 minutes early which is no issue,
Once the order was done, i noticed i was charged slightly more than as if i would order from menulog, which I don't necessarily mind as it was only a 50 cent difference,
regardless the pizza came out rather quickly, reckon i was in the car about 5-8 minutes in.
Pizza quality was decent, few burned edges of the crust which could mean it was placed too close to the fire, the egg was a little runny so it could've been a tad undercooked.
All in all, I would just suggest not to rush a pizza because I was early.

Good tasting Woodford pizzas. Decent crust. Could do better with consistency as some of the pizzas have appeared ‘hurried’ and could have used a couple more minutes in the oven.

Have placed several delivery orders over the last few months and have had any issues with the Menulog delivery time, and the pizzas have always arrived hot. 3½ out of 5. Will order from Red Gum again.

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered a pizza on menu log at 7pm. The app said it had been delivered at 8: 04pm but nothing had arrived. That wasn’t even the worst part. I called up to see what happened and the guy HADN’T EVEN STARTED cooking our pizzas ONE HOUR after placing an order.

Moral of the story, don’t waste your time or money on this substandard “establishment”.
