We have just received our kids daycare photo gallery and wow! We are totally impressed with what has been captured particularly with our youngest who anytime when a camera appears refuses to look at it to get her pic taken and turns or runs the other way. I don't know what they did but she is smiling and posing so beautifully for the photographer. Utterly shocked but very glad we opted to pre pay for them to take photos of our kids. Thank you for the beautiful memories that we haven't been able to capture ourselves

We were recommended by a Facebook group and they are an Amazing photography team. From start to finish we couldn’t fault them. We had Vanessa help us out for our twins christening and the photos were fabulous. We should’ve hired her earlier! She took the stress out of getting the right photos with the right lighting and she captured the moment for us. The photos came back to us very quick and prompt. Thankyou Red Flair for helping us out.

Poor photos taken through childcare & they were printed out blurry. Also if working with kids you could make a better effort to get more natural photos of the kids. Got fake smile photos when you could easily of asked my child to laugh or say merry Christmas for a more natural photo. Disappointing to get such poor quality for my kid's kinder from a professional.

Very disappointed with the photos taken by Red Flair at my daughter’s childcare.
The photos are highly and unnecessarily edited. My two year old’s face has very clearly been airbrushed. They would have been beautiful photos if they hadn’t been so highly edited.

Booked in for family portraits. Vanessa was fantastic with helping finding an available time for the shoot. Really great with the kids on the day, more than happy to go with our many requests. End results were amazing, a really great family picture that is now on our wall. The kids pictures turned out amazing too. The pictured are a nice memory of this point of time. Turned out so much better than trying to do them ourselves and far easier. Would/have recommend to anyone.

Red flair came to the child care centre I work at and my son attends. We always used another company and I always loved my sons photos, their package deals were reasonable and the photographer great at taking natural photos of children playing. For $99 I received ALL (10+) photos plus group photo in an album, pocket size prints of 1 picture of choice and a disk with all pictures.
This time we used red flair and I was VERY disappointed. Photos were staged, children forced to smile. There was nothing natural about it. He had a staged or no smile on every photo, faces and clothes were dirty with food, photo quality was amateur NOT professional. Not one photo I REALLY liked, less than 10 to choose from. As it is my sons last year and I felt this was important to have as a keepsake, I purchased photos anyway. 5 Photos (including group) in a small album for $75! Photos where he hardly smiles, is dirty and the quality is average at best.
We've had many parents complain and will not be using this company again. So disappointment to have these as my sons kinder pictures.

I went and got some reprints done by Vanessa. They turned out amazing. Quick service, very professional.

This company was completely rude and unprofessional in their communication with us over a pre-purchased print. Based on our experience, I would not recommend dealing with this company.

We recently had our family portraits done by one of the lovely photographers at Red Flair. We are so happy with them we ordered and received a whole series of them enlarged and framed in time for Xmas. Highly recommend! Amazing service and high quality products!

DO NOT USE! Terrible photos only surpassed by their woeful customer service. My experience is similar to the many other negative reviews here. And similar to other reviews Red Flair shift the blame, saying it was the centres fault.

I took my daughter in specifically for the group photo which they didn't end up using. I received a group photo without my daughter in it. Red Flair say the centre rejected the one with my daughter in it (possible) and they now have permanently deleted it (unlikely) And now they won't provide a refund as "All sales are final" (ridiculous).

All the individual photos were rubbish too. How can you claim to be a professional child photographer and not be able to make a child smile, not even once!

Fortunately I have friends that work in child care management so fewer families will be impacted by Red Flair's unprofessionalism and incompetence in the future.

Great experience! The photos are amazing and I am so happy I have chosen Red Flair for our family photography.

Won’t budge on taking 14 days to provide digital images by email even after I begged and pleaded! I won’t be able to use the images for a Christmas present and I’m pretty disappointed. Isn’t that the whole point of getting kinder pictures? Go elsewhere

Edit: yes I have begged. I wrote on 3/12,4/12 and then spoke to someone on that same day that said they couldn’t help me. It’s a very computer says no attitude and maybe instead of spending your time defending your business on social media you could actually process the orders that apparently take 14 days to load a damn file and email it to a client. Your very response to this review demonstrates your appalling customer service ethic.

Worst company EVER! I have 3 children in childcare but my youngest child who was 4months old at the time of the photos, his individual photos went missing and for the "Family Photo" they only photographed 2 of my 3 children together as they forgot about my 3rd child. Upon contacting the company and explaining everything we were told that they would look into it and get back to us.amazingly we are still waiting to hear back from them in regards to all this, 2 weeks later mind you. This company thinks it's acceptable to miss a child in a family photo and take no responsibility for it despite the fact that they take the photos and not us. How is it our fault when we aren't the photographer doing these photos, I highly recommend that EVERYONE seeks out a better photography business to get your photos done through because these guys have no heart and really don't care when they make a mistake, they try to shift blame onto others. Please everyone take your money elsewhere to get your photos done.

I am just blown away by the superb quality of my son’s kinder photos. The photographer from Red Flair captured Aaryan’s personality perfectly and I love every image. It’s obvious that much time and care was taken to ensure a spontaneous and natural end result I couldn’t be happier
