6We were very pleased with Red Flag Systems at the various stages of finding the "ideal" new system. Red Flag provided us with several options at the outset. The choices they gave us helped us with competitor comparsions as well as the opportunity to consider new features that we may not have thought of. We ended up going with the "top end" (e.g. Remote access, coded entry). We are so pleased we did as it makes our lives so much easier! The installation process was brilliant with a very neat installation by a very competent, customer-focussed installer.
The team were responsive to our request for assistance, and then went above and beyond when visiting to get us setup when we’d been waiting 9 months for others to help. The proactive approach was much appreciated
