Had been looking for a rug for a while with no luck. Decided to look here while visiting Ballarat and very glad I did. The range was so much better than every where else I looked, the prices were very reasonable and the family owners could not have been more lovely they were so friendly and helpful. Well worth the trip from Melbourne. Thoroughly recommend this business.

Carpet quoted and installed within a week. These guys were fantastic to deal with and were much easier on the wallet compared to other bigger companies in town without compromising on quality

Had a hall runner made up. Very friendly service. Gave great advice about best carpet for our needs and made to our required measurements. Nothing was too much trouble.

Would highly recommend the team at Red Door Carpet. Had our old carpet ripped out, removed and new amazing high quality plush carpet with excellent underlay installed in 5 hours throughout whole house. Quick, efficient service with genuine advice given and we saved 3k going here compared to what some other larger carpet places in town quoted but for a cheaper carpet and underlay. Off cuts were made into small mats and spare small roll left in case we ever needed a repair down the track. Would definitely go here again!

Red Door Carpet supplied us with beautiful wool carpet at a reasonable price. We’ve also purchased three excellent rugs - again, all at a reasonable price. We recently had a whole house of carpet supplied and installed by the team at Red Door Rugs. From the day we walked in they were helpful and knowledgeable. Come installation they understood our needs and installed the carpet over two days to make our life a little easier. Would highly recommend for anyone who needs 1 room or a whole house lot of carpet.

So I moved into a new place and needed a few rugs but couldn't find what I was looking for until I popped into Red Door. Renay and Brett are an absolute pleasure to deal with and will custom make rugs to your needs and their prices are fantastic for the product and service that you receive.

Great place to buy top quality carpet. Carpet layer was very detail orientated and I'm super pleased with service and price. Love the free extra of making mats out of leftover carpet pieces. Highly recommended.
