Red Bird reviews
7 Love this shop it is one of those treasures you find and really don't want to share. The ladies who own it are delightful and will go out of their way to help you. Their range of wares is fantastic, I would say that I've never walked out of the shop disappointed.
Best place for gifts visit you will not be sorry.
A beautiful gift store with a wonderful team who will go above and beyond to help. I bought a gift for a newborn in the family and Danielle delivered it right to my door as my hours at work made it hard to get to the store. They have a unique range of special things in store and it’s great to support local when gift shopping rather than going to the big chains.
Definetly rude customer service. Won't go back.
Friend had strip's torn of her for asking if they had pensions discount
Staff went above and beyond to help me with a gift for my mother. They delivered it to her door wrapped beautifully. Amazing service, highly recommend!
My absolute go to gift store. The products are beautifully presented, Danielle & Cheryl go above and beyond to make your Red Bird experience a memorable one. This is more than just a gift store - it's a place to get inspired.
After the park we decided to walk through keilor village, came across a gift store, our 2 and 4yo were in the store touching the kids books and teddys, we were quickly told not to touch and that the store wasn’t Target. I found this so upsetting, our kids had clean hands and we were quickly picking up after them and fixing any display that had been touched. How can a mum shop for a gift or for herself when she is made to feel uncomfortable by the staff. There is a better way to deter kids from touching things, especially when all the pretty kids stuff is at kid level. Yes we will def be heading into target next time to buy a child’s gift. Thanks
