Geniuinely shattered and disappointed in the service. I have been coming to this venue for years but stopped due to covid. Recently I have decided to come back and do phone bookings but every time I call, I experience a condescneding attitude whenever I would ask a question specifically by a staff member who goes by "Lauren or Lorraine". I didn't know the name of the exact staff who I spoke to on a different day but I explained her that the person said I could make a booking as long I paid over the phone, which I was fine with but needed to check with the group. As I was speaking, Lauren/Lorraine completely disregarded it and said "no one here goes by that name" with any attempt of helping. This level of service happened on numerous occasions and now feel that it should be addressed.

The sunday basketball competition at rec west is quite a turn off but overall the stadium has pretty good strategies in promoting active communities

Venue isn't too bad. Little rough around the edges but overall the staff are super friendly and informative. Comps are well organized.

My son loves playing basketball here. Great way to get him to exercise, make friends and learn to be a team player.

Been going here for three years, super friendly staff and give great food (usually tacos/burritos) that comes with the $2 fee to play on fridays. Ample amount of recourses and large playing area. Further enhancement could be made to the cooling system in there, but I can't wait to go back once Covid is over: 3

Worked very much 2 My capacity for the benefit of the Braybrook team basketball to see the teams successful. Bracing and cleaning required
Engineering for air-con, and a new feeling for the new year. Take care out there.

Only went to use the toilet. The tall thin blonde at the service desk was amazing. 1 star for the facilities 5 for the blonde on the gate.

Always disappointing to see Money being the motivating factor in pushing Floor-Ball out of the Braybrook.

Friendly relaxing environment where you play soccer (basket ball, badminton, whatever) and have a good time.

Don't lose your stuff, people have lost cars and wallets here by being stolen. Good facilities, it just needs cameras for safety

Great place for sport. I've been playing 2 seasons now. Also coaching my netball team there. A great team and a great partnership with citiside sports

I come here quite often and I really like this place, it has facilities for nearly every single sport. Their tap water is amazing and very refreshing, they have 4 courts. I would give them a five but, they can be very unorganized at times.

I come here for Sons of The West programme. For me it's a bit of a hike, but there are a lot of people here doing other stuff, so it is a popular place.

Parking can be tricky at night. Also don't like people smoking out the front.
