Rectify

We had the rectify team come and work on our house for 4 days (chemical underpinning and installation of helibars). They are professional, kind, respectful and understanding - we have a dog and young children and they were great with them. Completely trustworthy and I highly recommend them.

Jovanne and the team were great to deal with.
They came down to Hobart and assessed my house.
Not only were they honest about the fact that what my old weatherboard cottage needed was a different approach and requirements than they offered, but also very kindly gave me their contacts of local companies that they have dealt with who would be better suited to my needs.

We had a bad experience with a trade person in the last year, and the Beyz in admin and Jovanne who quoted and coordinated the work were extremely helpful answering my questions and taking the time to reassure me that they were not going to take my deposit and disappear.
They were professional, punctual and explained the process to me every step of the way, which I like.
I appreciated that they monitored all angels of the work, ensuring that they knew exactly what was moving so no additional damage was caused, and that they were nice to my dog!
No other company who came to quote my job would do the chemical underpinning AND realign the brickwork which had moved due to the slippage, it was wonderful to have it all resolved in half a day, by the one team who work well together, and for the same price as the underpinning quoted by others.
I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Wasn't sure how you guys were going to fix this massive sunken slab, was hoping for the best, and well you achieved it.

Well not 100% but close enough.

So I decided to put self leveling to finish it off and now achieved 95%.

Also I know you under quoted yourselves in the amount of resin that you thought you might need, BUT YOU STILL PUT THE EXTRA IN AT NO EXTRA COST TO ME TO GET THE JOB DONE.

Don't know if any other company would of done that.

Rectify would have to be one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Armand came out and inspected my property and found that at the worst point my home had sunk 130mm. Armand reassured me that they had seen and fixed worse and was optimistic of a good outcome. Work began soon after and within a few short hours, years of cracking and doors and windows that could not be opened or closed were fixed as I watched, The team from Rectify worked well together to measure and monitor the movement as they pumped the resin into my foundations. They returned the next day to do a bit more and they even fixed part of my fence that was about to fall over. The work done by the Rectify team well exceeded my expectations and was done with very little disruption to me or my neighbours.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Rectify to anyone who has cracking at their property.

It was your customer service that awarded your team the job, but I was equally impressed by your work as a team.
Our concrete slabs were all over the place.
Your knowledge and experience is obvious, but it was the way you all listened to each other as a team and worked together that in the end brought about the impressive final result.
A little more here, another measurement there, consider this and caution over there.

The team did a fabulous job of straightening our brick fence which had a very bad lean towards the street.
Well worth the price paid to repair it it rather than demolish and rebuild.

Very effective and efficient process. Lifted sunken foundations and closed large cracks. Can open the front door now! Just a paint now and job done.

Upon booking a time my family unfortunately caught covid on the booking date. The team at Recifty were fantastic to deal with and slotted us in a later time slot even though they were booked out. Great guys to deal with and fantastic work on the resin injection. Beat all the other quotes on price. Couldn't be more happy.
