Russell and David are absolutely beautiful people to talk to, they make you feel so comfortable no matter what the situation i, both soft spoken men they make you feel you have them all your life. The office girls are absolutely gorgeous ladies to talk to Jill, Lynn Bec Sara, Lea I apologize for the ladies I have not mentioned they make you feel like we are one big happy family, the Christmas parties are something else lots of delish food non alcohol drinks, lots of laughter dancing singing it's really magically day, I should not forget the absolutely awesome careers they have easy to talk to friendly Love you all

Over the last two years I was employed at Recovery Options, working as a support worker and also in the office. I’ve worked for many companies, but none like this one. Russell and the staff members are an exceptional team. They ensure that only the best support is provided to all. The office is a warm and welcoming environment and I enjoyed every single day that I spent working there. This company values and provides for everyone. It has been an absolute pleasure.

Thank you so much to Russell manager at Recovery Options, Tony and Travis who have supported guided and been invaluable with their guidance, with my son's plan. Everyone there is so courteous, and kind as I have had so many questions and queries. They have gone above and beyond to help us out. We really appreciate all the key wonderful support workers who work with my son also. The support workers have been really engaged, professional and diligent with their work, and all very important relationships they have with my son. It's great role modelling. I can’t thank Recovery Options and NDIS enough for the outstanding work they do, in the past 20 years of reaching out for support for my brother we have never experienced the care and support as we have in the past 18 months with R/Option
Russel and Jason are exceptional they make everything come together for your own individual needs with continuous communication and updates especially through covid 19

Being a soul Carer I have always been very involved with workers that have been allocated to my brother, this is the first time I’ve taken a step back,
I have not yet met Mr Ned and Mr Tom, but I no they are an absolute God Send, my brother fully trusts them, he feels safe understood and accepted, he said they both have changed his life forever,
It make me so happy to see my brother super excited about there visits and makes plans for there day together
My dear brother wants me to put myself first sometimes and his goal is to be more independent and build his own relationship with the boys, which he is doing. He said they are real caring true friends
If my mum was still hear she would be so proud and happy to see how my brother has grown and managing to live independently with the ongoing help and care from all the team at recovery options

We only want the best care for our loved ones and I highly recommend recovery option to everyone, this is not a job to them they sincerely care and are a second family

Recovery options has helped me through the most difficult stage of my life. Tom, Evganii, Marshall, Ducky, Russell, Jill ect, have all given me the self confidence I would not otherwise have had. In debt to them all and hope to pay them back one day.

10 months ago I started receiving advise from Russell when I was beginning my journey to be a registered NDIS provider. Russell has been great mentor at every stage, till today. He has an extensive knowledge and experience of NDIS to help people with disabilities to achieve their goals.

, Ndis besr ever the place to go for the help.that you need to move on in life. The workers are all ndis trained male or female to chose from all walks of life. Thanks for all your help.

Since Russell has taken over the co-ordination for my son’s NDIS Package my life has improved to the point where I feel I actually can have a life for myself.
Russell is very professional but at the same time caring, kind and compassionate.
My son’s life has become so much better, interesting and filled with good experience.
We keep working on how to improve my son’s life. Sometimes by trial and error, but always moving forward. I can highly recommend Russell and his staff and would be happy to talk to anybody that might wish to get more information.

No words can describe the invaluable support Tom has provided for our young adult son.
Tom has provided us with trust in knowing that he cares in understanding and learning to work with our son’s needs as well as being accommodating when working with family and the structure that best suits our son.
Tom shows great patients and acceptance of our sons’ unusual habits and will uniquely curb the escalation as a professional and competent support worker.
Tom has worked along side the family, providing suggestions on further developing and working towards our son’s goals. I feel we have a honest and open rapport where Toms’ main focus is to assist our son within his role as a support worker.
Tom has taken my son out of his comfort zone and introduced him to experiences that have helped bond a friendship and trust which we have noticed in my son’s confidence and positive self-expression. Knowing our son is excited in the anticipation of Toms’ visits is encouraging in knowing we have the right support worker.

I have found carer Ellen has treated my daughter with empathy and humour we are very pleased with her service and would recommend Recovery Options to others who need help with managing disabled people and their families. Russell has been a great help explaining NDIS to me.
