We found Reconstruct to be professional and helpful throughout, from Jess quoting the repairs work to our exceptional project manager Johnny who oversaw the works. The team were friendly and skilled at their trades. We are grateful that they made our difficult and stressful situation easier.

Jess was referred by a very good friend,
At first contact he was amazing to deal with, then ignored all calls,
Only to get hassled by his office Suzie, to book a roof inspection,
Once agreed Melbourne Roofing attended and provided us with the information we needed verbally, upon receiving the report, the information was the opposite of what was said,
We contacted Mitchell from Melbourne Roofing, he was shocked at the fact Jess provided us the report.
I spoke to Jessi and advised him I will pay all invoices related.
He responded with "let me speak to Mitchell"
I requested a scope of work and Jess sent his employee Johnnie, to the property,
Johnnie assessed Melbourne Roofings report and advised the report is not correct.

All calls and msgs were ignored until yesterday,
I recieved a call from Laura requesting payment, I advised Laura I will pay for the invoice but I need to speak with Jess as all my calls and texts are ignored.

Upon speaking with Jess and Johnnie,
Johnnie confirmed the report is accurate,
When I questioned Johnnie why he advised otherwise,
He responded with "i was confused"

Probably best to avoid this company as they will say one thing and do the opposite.

Jess from Reconstruct provided great customer service and communication. The quality of the trades were great. Greg the plasterer did a fantastic job of the ceilings. His quality of work was very professional. Karim the painter worked hard all day to get the job finished. Jess coordinated all of this well. It was a relief to get these repairs done properly.

Thanks Daniel for helping us with our fence repairs. He and his team were professional, punctual and friendly. They showed up in short notice and got the job done perfectly and quickly.

Rizon was the company used by RACV to carry out repairs on my house after a burglary. Work carried out on all my exterior doors was of a high standard especially when you need to replace like for like. Once job was started it was done in reasonable time and I was well informed along the way. All work guaranteed and any faults followed up on.
