I’ve worked with many psychologists over the past 10 years and without a doubt, Amy has been the best of them all. I simply couldn’t imagine seeing another psychologist, her calming and welcoming demeanour makes therapy a safe and comfortable space. If you experience anxiety when starting therapy Amy is the perfect psychologist for you.

She is understanding and kind whilst also providing the necessary support and encouragement needed to better yourself. Amy is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, presenting various solutions to fit both my needs and abilities. I personally appreciate that she takes time to explain the mechanics and processes of the brain, through catering to my understanding she has bettered my self awareness.

Her dedication to her work makes therapy enjoyable and I always look forward to my appointments. I couldn’t recommend her more!

I’ve been seeing Amy for a few years now and have continuously felt understood and supported through my anxiety treatment. What I’ve appreciated the most about Amy is that she keeps me accountable and challenges me while also bringing a lightless to our sessions with her warmth and sense of humour. I had tried a couple of psychologists before but never did more then 1 or 2 sessions because I never felt comfortable. With Amy I instantly felt comfortable. She has a warm approach and allows me to feel comfortable to be able to open up. Amy is a true professional who genuinely cares about her patients well-being. She has helped me navigate through some of my most challenging days to date. She offers such great insight, practical tools, and a safe place to talk openly. I’ve seen such significant improvements in my anxiety and mood. Highly recommend
