Receptions At Sapphire

I am currently attending a religious event for our community. The venue has discriminated by limiting where our patrons can eat. The main hall where the Puja is happening has been banned for patrons eating there despite multiple previous events like birthdays and receptions not having the same limitation (and probably making more of a mess!). The second hall is much smaller and there aren't enough seats for the elderly, pregnant or children to eat. Very disappointed in this establishment and their discriminatory practices.

Beautiful venue for any event, recently attended a private birthday for a friend, very classy set up from room to room, from the servers to bartending staff were great as well!

Even though the planning seemed to be last minute, Receptions At Sapphire managed to pull off an exceptional event for my son's wedding. All of our expectations were exceeded. Jazz and the team were always ready to help and showed great flexibility under pressure.

The venue itself was nothing short of spectacular, and the food was delicious, impressively presented and served. The staff were very courteous and made the entire process smoother.

As a father, seeing my son's wedding day so beautifully arranged was truly heartwarming. I would wholeheartedly recommend Receptions At Sapphire for any weddings or significant events!

Receptions At Sapphire truly outdid themselves for our wedding. Every expectation we had was not only met, but far surpassed. The coordination team, led by Jazz, were incredibly supportive and always there to assist, regardless of the situation.

Beautiful hall, excellent service & food was great. Best of all, the owners are very cooperative in everything we need. Highly recommended.

I would leave zero stars if I could. The food is mediocre for the price and to make it even worse it is not even close to authentic.

I had my engagement ar Sapphire and honestly it was handled with so much grace and they treated us like family and made sure everything was perfect.

Residents were hearing what sounded like gunshots after midnight 24/12/22 from the vicinity of this venue. The venue earlier held a lovely firework display as posted on social media & for which they would have had a permit due to the location being in Moorabbin Airport flight zone. We saw several police vehicles around 1am and we hope everyone is OKAY

Absolute disgusting service, uncooked and overpriced food, FILTHY and terrible orginisation.

We hosted our daughters 3rd birthday party at Sapphire. Everything was perfect and flawless. Jazz and her team were absolutely amazing and catered to all our needs. The venue, the service and the food was top class. We would highly recommend them. Thank you Sapphire.

Thank you for making my 30th so special. I would highly recommend to book this venue for birthdays, weddings and other events. Guneet, Jazz and Vicky were very helpful and helped us organise everything in time. It is a beautiful venue with plenty of car-parking space. All the staff is very welcoming and the best thing about the venue is the food. The food was so delicious, I received a lot of calls from my friends complimenting the food. This is probably one of the best venues i have been in south east Melbourne. Thanks again guys!

We originally planned my baby shower somewhere else but that place has some ongoing work and they informed us just 13 days before the function that we had to change the date or cancel the function. As we already invited so many friends and family, we had to start looking for another venue.
We came across RECEPTION AT SAPPHIRE. We met Jaz and her husband there. They were so lovely and On a very short notice Jaz arranged everything for us including food. We had some dietary requirements and she did arranged that as well. The food was fantastic. Jaz was very supportive throughout the whole function and the staff were so trained and professional. Amazing service. Location is good too.
I highly recommend Jaz and her whole Reception at Sapphire team.

Beautiful ambience! Beautiful service! Attended many functions here, feels authentic as soon as you walk in. Accommodates for greater and smaller numbers, all in one. Highly recommend for your functions/events!

We attended a beautiful wedding reception at sapphire. The outside has plenty of room for the wedding ceremony. And the inside had plenty of room for all of us guests. The food was amazing. We had a wonderful time!

Thank you SAPPHIRE for being such a great host in making our celebration a big success. The ambiance is very warm and welcoming. Our guests enjoyed the food which is freshly cooked at the premises. Very patient and hard working staff who worked with us through out the preparations supporting by giving creative feedback on different choices within our budget. Great professional service. Can’t wait to celebrate another party and create more beautiful memories ️

We had party last Saturday and there is no food quality no refills and the owner was very rude with all guest. So not recommended at all

We had a party booked from 2to 7 and they force us to do dinner at 6: 30 we requst for30m mins more but ey refuse to do so so i l eft without earing dinner please guys think before book this hall.

One of worst experience we had there. Food quality not good. No Customer Service. We Booked 150 people, But we were only about 120 there, Buy they Ran out of food. No Refills.

Awesome food. Awesome ambience. Attention to detail is too impressive. Customer service is really great too. I attended a party here and was too impressed by the space, customer service and there’s so much parking! Would highly recommend this place if you are looking at hosting your next event
