Rec Xpress 24/7 Fitness East Brighton

Love the staff and the equipment is exceptional to use, pretty small but thats what makes it feel like a community.

Bec has been a great trainer at Rec Xpress. I had not visited a gym in a long time, and was worried about my fitness levels, but she has motivated me and I am now seeing great results. Thank you Rec Xpress.

The gym is always clean and the equipment in good working order. My trainer (Bec Gibbs) is super helpful in teaching me how to use equipment correctly. Would strongly recommend.

Absolutely pumped to leave a fantastic review for this gym. The weight training floor & cardio gear is perfectly set up for a fitness playground. Parking abounds, at all times. The staff? Total legends sharing advice and creating an excellent experience. Can't recommend this place enough.

Super safe gym, has literally become my second home! The staff are super supportive and coerce with members in a friendly manner which can so encouraging!

This gym is pretty decent and good for the price. It’s clean and well maintained, and the gym has a nice open layout with multiple different sections. However, can be pretty busy depending on the time you go. Overall still pretty good, well worth the price.

Rec Xpress has been a great gym to me so far, I even convinced a few of my friends to also join Rec Xpress as well and they all have loved it too. The staff are nice and friendly, the gym is cleaned regularly, the music isnt too loud, there are a lot of machines. For the free weight area, there are duplicate dumbells but not for all weights, this isnt usually an issue though as mostly everyone respects their environment and doesnt hog an array of dumbells at once. You can drop weights. There are bathrooms and showers, as well as a scale. Open to responding to any questions about the experience at Rec Xpress (east brighton), also the membership allows you to go to any of the venues.

As an avid member of Rec Xpress, I have to say it’s the best value gym in the area. For only $15 per week they have pretty much all equipment you could need all kept in good condition, all facilities are always clean and all trainers/staff are super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone into fitness, can’t go wrong with signing up for Rec Xpress.

I started my gym journey last year during a tough time, thanks to Bec and her amazing motivation I’ve already reached goals I thought weren’t possible and can proudly say I love being a gym junkie!

Have been coming here for four months and have never enjoyed being at a gym so much. The staff are so friendly and approachable, as well as being an overall great environment to train in.

Good facilities, has everything you need. Always tidy and clean and has very friendly staff that are very accommodating and helpful. A great environment for any level of fitness and strength.

Used to like it here, but v disappointing - now too crowded, people not wiping the equipment, dodgy manager (the blonde one). Have moved and joined SNAP 24/7 up the road - great premises, rules with regard to numbers (so never crowded!) and strict on hygiene. And they have a month free on joining - five stars to SNAP!

Crowded gym, used to be ok, but has gotten worse over time. Switching to Anytime Fitness nearby - also got a better deal here

Honestly customer service is excellent and they are always pretty understanding of any circumstances and just always lovely and smiles

Rec Xpress in East Brighton is a great gym. The equipment is always looked after (far better than another well known gym!). The staff are so personable and friendly and do care about their customers. They will design a personal program for you, if you ask, at a very reasonable price.and I'm on a pension! Yes can get busy, but what gym doesn't these days?

Equipment lacking and poor customer service. Overall not worth the money. Would recommend looking elsewhere.
