Went today (Black Friday), I didn’t catch the ladies name but she was working in the shoe section. She probably had about 3 or 4 other people wanting to try on shoes of all different sizes and, while it was busy and probably a lot, she was great - super friendly and helpful. She provided great and quick customer service. The team at the front area were also super friendly:) would definitely return.

Bought some running shoes a month and was so happy with the help I got from the lady that works there.

Look, it's like most Rebel stores they have lots to choose from, but at a high expense

Well priced for the quality of the goods. There is plenty of stock available with the goods being sold. Generally more expensive than Kmart or Big W. Wish they had 15c bags in store if you forgot your bags or if your bags are full from the full on shopping done at the plaza. If 15c is not ideal for the company to sell a bag, maybe introduce a paper bag at like 30c. $1 is a bit much for a levy, however if you have no reusable bags, $1 is fine. But I have too many shopping bags.

Staff are friendly

Really happy with Andrea service picking the best training shoes for my mom. She was very patient, helpful and had a big smile on her face the whole time. Thank you Rebel sports for having such great employees and Andrea for looking after us.

Seems fairly well kept up. Prices are average for a variety of items. Worth a look at for the sport conscious person.

I am happy with the variety of shoes and stuff they have at rebel sports werribee. But what is frustrating is they never have people to help. You choose a shoe style and then wait for ages for someone to help you with your size and not only that when you go for payment their is only 1 or 2 counter opened for payment. I went last weekend had to wait 23- 25 min in queue for payment as only 1 counter was opened.

Andrea you were just outstanding. I think this is the best customer service I have ever received in my life. And I'm old lol

A little bit disappointed at the response of your sales at the sport shoes section. We asked to see if there is another box of shoes of the same size but was refused by saying that every pair is new and has been tried on by other customers. There is no another pair! Could we have a better answer?

Very bad experience shop here！the label marked $49.99 and when I check out it charged $10 more! Very bad

Not much help or acknowledgement from staff and very limited variety of sports goods, plenty of shoes and clothes, we got our sporting goods elsewhere that day.

Went to get some shoes for my son, ask for help to get the correct size, staff were rude and said, from my experience; it should be. Rather than checking the actual sizing. I left the store and went to another store and got it. I will never go there to buy anything.

I was at the store just recently looking for slides. One of the staff members was really rude. Came upto me and said omg do you know where are these going back since i was trying different pairs at a time. I told her i will put it back. Sorry. Felt humiliated. That's no how to treat customers ever and if you don't love your job shouldn't be doing it. I will never shop at this place again.

Every time I come to this store the line is longer than the wait to call telstra. 3 staff members loitering around the change rooms talking for around 20 minutes, meanwhile there's a line half way through the shop. Terrible service

We came in to the store with not much customer in it. We needed assistance and took awhile for staff member to approach. Overall experience is good, store is neat and clean.

Kudos to all the staff in this store especially to the person who helped me with my click and collect order. They offer exceptional customer service!

Staff member was pleasant & very helpful. She took us to the section we needed. Unfortunately they didnt have what we were looking for; bathers & rashy for my baby grandson who is starting swimming lessons. We dont understand why stores dont stock them year round when swimming lessons don't just happen during summer.

I have ginen Four Stars because, I have not purchased from this store, so the stars are for the displays and how clean the store presents, I cant afford to buy there anymore, but do look in the windows, there is some very nice items, ok,

Got footy boots for my son. The help we got from the lady, was first class. I would hire her any day.

This is quite large store, friendly staffs. Checkout can improve, customers have to queue long time sometimes.
