Good shop with loads of items including runners and clothes, although there was no netball shoes nor ball in the store when my sister was trying to buy some. The workers were really helpful and kept asking if we would like any help.

Stood around in the sneaker dept for 10 minutes watching 2 guys serve 2 customers without even a greeting. Expected at a least a 'I'll be right with you' or 'Can I grab a size for you? '. Nothing. Walked out. I'll take my business online. It's the second time in a few days that I've had zero service.

Terrible service. Asked staff for an item and they gave me the wrong item. When I asked questions it bothered stuff. Missing parts from equipment and didnt help.

I bought a pair of shoes on Boxing Day and after I while I found out that they were faulty.
I went to the shop without their box and the receipt but Rowan managed to found out the receipt from my bank transaction and he exchanged the shoes for a new pair. I really appreciate his patience and excellent costumer service. I highly recommend this shop.
And don’t forget to sign up for membership so you don’t have to worry about the receipt anymore.

Had to get new shoes for the grandchildren. Got good service, got shoes and was out of the shop in fifteen minutes.

Went there today and bought a bike for my son. We got great service and advice from Jackson. Could not be happier!

Advertise discontinued products and be expected to pay double on current range. Old trick retailers use to make extra profit.

Service/ communication/ systems no good. Rebel Geelong confidently said Waurn Ponds had an item in stock, drove over there only to be told they don't have it here and nobody called them. Sloppy service wasting people's time. If you don't have something or aren't sure, don't tell people you have something in stock. Or keep your systems / stock updated at least

Huge store, lots of helpful staff, plenty of stock and some great sales too. Loads of parking available.

I really enjoyed their wide selection of adults shoes and children's shoes. My daughter was very satisfied with her purchase!

Went there with my son to by clothing, but ended up walking away with a fantastic new pair of shoes. Always has what I need.

I had an amazing experience here recently.
Elizabeth in the shoe department was extremely knowledgeable. She was more than happy helping me try loads of shoes on and asked really great questions to know what was important to me.
Amy helped me in the clothing department to work out exactly what was needed and how I would be training. She was really encouraging about my training. I only had a short amount of time to shop and these ladies helped my experience immensely!

Waurn Ponds store staff were super helpful in sourcing me a spare part for my exercise bike. Cheers to the girls at the front and Hamish.

Always short staffed! I wanted to buy two pairs of shoes for my kids but had no one to help. (Am saying this after waiting for almost half an hour) Pathetic service!

Although I've check in with QR code and there is all my information, they waste 20 min of my time to bring my id card with address on it.

Recently my partner and I wanted to purchase a treadmill that was on sale. While they didn't have the item in stock, Hamish from this store called around to see if we could have it transferred in. When we couldn't due to shipping costs, he offered us free delivery from another location. Absolute legend saved us from having to make the trip to Werribee to cart it back, give this man a raise!

Very expensive compared with the market.puma that costs 50 dollars online from the original factory are sold 3 times the price.
