I was assisted by Michael in regards to a clothing item which he had to go downstairs to obtain and he had to deal with other customers constantly wanting his assistance in other departments and not only did he look after me he helped a gentleman with a bench and a lady with shoes and was extremely polite and calm despite getting pulled in all directions. 10/10 service will be back

Got served by Jake today and he was outstanding. The store seemed short staffed and he was helping myself and an older lady at the same time and he did a fantastic job juggling both and also making sure the older lady was well looked after. His knowledge and care for customers was extremely refreshing to see. Great job!

Waited in the shoe department for 10 minutes with no approach from staff. I approached staff member to ask about sizes available. Male staff member took his mask off to say nah dont have any, then walked away not offering to check other store or suggest other models of shoes. Massive lack of customer service.

Service terrible, click and collect useless, I rang watergardens store for an hour in carpark for collect no one answered. I puchased an exercise bike online click and collect from the watergardens store, I’m on crutches and need the bike for rehab, delivery was going to take too long. I drove the 30 minutes and sat in carpark ringing store, I couldn’t walk the distance to the store on crutches so left without it.

Why dose Watergardens rebel sport have MORE for the National Basketball Association, Major League Baseball and National Football League american sports than Big Bash League or cricket and all the Official AFL Merchandise ARE IN THE BACK even in when both the womens and mens AFL season are on

Spoke to Anthony as had an issue with Woodgrove store, Anthony managed to sort it out for me in twenty minutes, this was after holding for an hour to the online customer care team and having issues with Woodgrove.

Really appreciate his effort to deal with an issue that wasn't even from his store to begin with.

Unsatisfied with their service at all, specially the girl who works at the counter, dont know her name other wise i will mention it. Felt unwelcoming in that store. How shame

This branch is alright. Not a very big branch. They don't have some of the items on the website so bit disappointing.

Dean - the store manager is very approachable, I will recommend to address your queries or concerns to him if you have any during your visit to the store, Top Bloke! Rebel prices, compared to the marker are usually be bit of the higher end, however, the stock and quality of the products are much better.

Great service with knowledgeable and friendly staff! You'll be paying a bit more than if you were shopping at a retailer, but you are paying for quality. Went in looking like a lost lamb looking for shoes for gym and sports and a fantastic staff member comes over and discussed options for me within my budget. Thanks for the help, Aaron!

I couldn't find a great swimwear with padding. But otherwise great place to shop sportswear, sports equipments and yoga related things

Last time I shop here ever the staff were very rude they made me feel very uncomfortable today I wanted to afterpay something but she was talking to the other staff about me for some reason it was the worse experience i have ever had at any shops here at Watergardens. Never again
