It was 4.40pm on a saturday. I walked into the store, 5 staff members were at the counter. Not one greeting, not one! I went up stairs to look in the boxing section. A man named Shannon seemed reluctant to approach me, but did. He was somewhat helpful, had little knowledge in selling the products I was looking for. I did make a purchase. Eliza at the counter wasn't at all helpful or friendly. I lost my gift card whilst in store. I searched by myself. Whilst 2 staff (Eliza and shannon) waited for me to return. The manager (didn't get her name) and another member, Blake, chatted at the watch section of the store. No help was offered. Apon finding my gift card, my transaction was completed with no smiles, no friendliness. 4 members behind the counter. Shannon, Eliza, manager and Blake. Blake was friendly and even smiled. The visit wasn't saved. But Blake surely improved my visit. The other staff member was helping 3 customers by himself in the shoe department. Overall. Extremely poor. Was my first purchase and will be my last. Why does good customer service have to so hard to find?

Lots of variety in store, sale in at the moment. Staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Found some great MacPac cycling gloves.ready for the cold mornings

Went in this morning to buy a pair of New Balance runners I'd seen on the website. Unfortunately, they had run out of stock. However, I was lucky to be served by Stacey, who was ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! She went above and beyond in helping me find a pair of Bew Balance runners that suited my needs (treadmill running), felt comfortable and was within my budget. The result: an excellent pair of New Balance runners for $50 from the storeroom. Thank you, Stacey, for being so helpful!

Very rude and unhelpful staff,
I was asking for the watch that I wanted but the dude said no stock, I looked online it was said in stock, asked twice then he found the watch that I asked for. Had an issue with the payment then he said that unless I don't have enough money.
I won’t be returning back to this store.

Wanted a specific pair of shoes. Guy goes on to say they are wrong for me and proceeded to show me 4 other oairs that he thought would suit me better. All ugly and weren't even appropriate. Luckily there are plenty of other sports shops to shop at

Staff were very obliging and did purchase very comfortable walking shoes for both of us. Thanks for your expert attention in fitting and comfort.

Unhelpful and rude. If I could zero starts I would. I’ve cut up my Rebel Sport card and have gone to Sports Power Warrnambool.

Visited the store on Boxing Day, came across a very rude staff at the shoe section (Indian lady) unhelpful with attitude, so I left and took my business someplace else.

Very well laid out shop. Clean and neat
Staff were fabulous and helped my daughter out so much with expertise and assisting her out to the car with her purchase. Recommend to Everyone.

After having been to this business many times, I have come to the realisation that the staff members are generally unlikely to engage with you unless you seek help, which is likely to be limited.
The staircase to the second level seems to be somewhat of a barrier for many, due to the height and amount of stairs which is a shame.

Had an issue with a pair of shoes and was pleasantly assisted in exchanging for another pair. Will be happy to continue to make further purchases when needed
