I would like to give this place a five star review because of its good customer service, cleanliness and ample space throughout the store. Staffs are always around in case we have some queries regarding the current stock and upcoming stocks.

We all love a day trip to Rebel when time to get new shoes. Staff are friendly and attentive. Great choice of products

Staff would rather talk to each other than do their job - literally watched them actively avoiding customers.

Rebel Traralgon is a large store with a wide variety of products. They have a large selection of different brands to chose from for clothing, with lots of colours and sizes in stock. There staff friendly and always offer help if you need it. They have lots of sporting equipment and a large selection of shoes. I would recommend this place if your looking for anything sporty in Traralgon.

Whilst the staff were helpful, we felt very uncomfortable. The many staff doing not much, watched us like a hawk making us feel uncomfortable and intimidated. Never going back.

Be great if you had staff that wanted to put in 80%. The service I received was next to atrocious. I brought a pair a shoes but with no help to the staff I could of spent $700 on 2 pairs of shoes. But walked out with a pair for $139. I'll will spend my money somewhere else now. 2 stars for the cleanliness

Awesome friendly and helpful staff, bought 2 pairs of sneakers, asked for an extra discount on top of Boxing day sale prices and got it, I'll be back

Had a great experience when we purchased a bike. Adam went out of his way to make sure our daughter got her birthday present in time.

Handy store in the area. The staff are great when you need help. Sometime they lack some new arrival stock from some big brands

Great price and service was how it should be, not over the top and dive on you as soon as you walk through the door, gave you a chance to have a brouse before seeing if you needed assistance with anything.

Well presented, and very organised. Great staff that were happy to help and I didn't feel like they were judging me because I am a large woman.

When I went to check out he asked for my number and name. I gave them to him thinking it may be for contact tracing or a digital receipt. He then hands me a card and says he signed me up to their loyalty program. He did not ask if I wanted to join or permission to use my personal information. I started receiving texts by the time I got home. The whole exchange left me feeling very uncomfortable and I will not be returning.

Found they had very limited stock. Had to purchased most things online and then any returns had to return and purchase again online.

Pain in the bum when you just go buy a brand new pair of shoes then a day or so later they bring out all the buy 1 get 1 free special damn it but good, friendly, helpful staff. A good atmosphere helps upon deciding q new pair of shoes be it for one's self or to fit the whole family:)

Poor customer service brought a pair of shoes 2 days before a sale and won't do a refund for the difference. Girl was rude on phone when enquiring Everytime l have shopped here it has been an unpleasant experience.
