Excellent customer service, plenty of car parking, great store layout that nice and tidy. Was easy to find what I needed to buy.

I was shopping in Rebel today for my son who told me what he wanted. I had problems locating exactly what he was after and Zac went above and beyond to help me out. He was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and very courteous. He is definitely an asset to Rebel Sport.

Went to purchase a water rower today and the staff were very helpful. Ill make specific mention to the boys that were working today (Sat 13/4)
Xavier and the other staff members helped me get the rower into the car, also answered all my questions. Approachable and friendly. Thanks guys!

Best staff. I asked so many questions about my son helmet and knee and ankle pack. He is so patient to answer my questions.

Service wasn’t terrible but definitely wasn’t good. Store didn’t have the stock that it showed online as having. Okay but not good.

Went in to buy some new shoes, there was 2 other customers in the shop, I stood around the shoe section for around 20min, not one sales staff came to ask if I wanted help, I watched the two at the front counter walking around, But never come up, saw one serve a customer who came up while the other folded clothes, then when he was done, leaned back to chat to the other. I walked out with neither of them even acknowledging me.

Marcus was a legend and helped with a basketball system. Able to answer all questions and was very knowledgeable.

Rebel store, I like Rebel.this one was in what must have been a bit of a tough area, it doesn't look to flash from the outside (to me anyway). Otherwise they have the normal rebel stuff.

Nice quiet store with high customer service in comparison to other bigger stores. Chris very helpful with football boots. Would go back to the store again.

Has goods for almost all the sports but lacks variety and found that staff's behaviour to be rude.

Staff were helpful and had a reasonable amount of stock, would of liked to see more colour variety in boxing gloves but over all good

The staff were friendly and helpful despite my difficult questions on getting an item ordered in. If they didn't know the answer they were happily willing to go find it.

I found they had good in store customer service. They have a huge range of sporting goods and reasonable prices. I enjoyed my shopping experience.

Charged me $10 more than the advertised price of the product. Check your receipts.
Apart from that, not bad.
