1 star is due to untidy, items on the floor, cluttered, and dust on the carpets in the change rooms. Staff is very professional and friendly tho

Friendly staff, good quality products. Would have given 5 stars if they had a toilet facilities for clients.

Exclusive staff who make this place worth hearing into. Having 3 teenage boys wanting certain brands and styles, we have always found what we need, while also getting amazing customer service.

I would give 6 stars if I could. Charlie, the customer service manager, was really helpful with us in finding the clothes we wanted. The other rebel had the same item for a lower price and he rang them up and changed the price here. Also, when Charlie accidentally pressed the wrong button and made us take a little longer, he gave us an additional $10 off. I feel like coming again.

I went in to look at runners, was initially served but they didn't have the size I needed so I was going to ask about other runners but the guy abruptly turned his back on me without saying a word, walked off and never came back. Another staff member looked my way but never approached. So I went to the one inside fountain gate and got much better service.

Had an issue with purchased shoes, handled with professional attitude and resolved quickly

Mandatory masks inside obviously doesnt apply to staff that are employed here. They don't even offer the option of purchasing a bag, little own offer it. Inconsistency with customer service dependant on who you speak too

Items incorrectly labelled, staff member unapologetic and unaware of actual pricing as they gave me the wrong price aswell

Terrible customer service. Waited around 25 mins for assistance with some shoes and wasn't able to get any help.

Wonderful service and great prices. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are better than other Rebel stores near by.

Bernard was really helpful in picking out a good basketball - and pumped up the ball for me (5/5). Prices for the gym equipment are quite high (weights, resistance bands etc) (3/5).

Huge place to stop and shop at.

I believe they told me it was a superstore so they have some things that other stores don't have.

Its usually a great place to shop for sports gear, just a little hectic right now with the sales, the massive ques and not being able to get the right size has been a bit of a hassel otherwise not bad.

Wow what a busy shop! Still able to get great help with purchase and the register queue moved quickly.

They had good customer service, but i found their knowledge of runners was lacking a little. Lucky i knew what i was after. Overall pretty good!
