Great store with a big range. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is I found it difficult to locate some of the brands in each category (they weren’t all kept together), and my size was often sold out, but I still got something so there you go!

I had a great experience buying new shoes and socks here when I had limited time to work through all the options. Staff definitely know their stuff and are friendly and helpful.

Visited Rebel Mornington today with the intention of purchasing some runners. I didn’t want to spend $200+, and was impressed by the choice of shoes on offer. Found a shoe I liked and the woman serving was extremely helpful! Gave great advice on what brands to look at as I have big feet but also wide feet, and was very helpful in finding my required size. Also got a members discount so $80 for the shoes which is a bargain! Thanks Rebel!

Great service. Bought some Nike Metcon gym shoes. Didn't have my size in the green style but the girl helping me suggested I try on the black model to check the sizing. Ended up buying the black. Very helpful

I was seeking walking shoes for myself. The young man (Lachlan) was very busy with customers, yet this did did not stop him from giving me - and the others - attentive and personal service; in fact, he seemed to revel in it! (Pun intended.)

My feet are pretty wide and short, tried on almost like 10 pairs of shoes, and finally found the best ones, Toby was always patient and helpful, really good bloke

Sometimes have stock issues which can be annoying but I know out of their control, otherwise service is not bad and products good

Been shopping at rebel sport for years.

A lady was being served and wanted to buy a tennis racquet. She was trying to choose between a Babolat and head racquet.

The salespersons recommendation was to buy the black and yellow one because it would be easier to find!

Crazy advise, if you don’t know racquets learn or say you don’t know.

The babolat pure aero is not everyone and certainly beginners would struggle with it.

I went there tonight. Very good products & service. I was happy to continue browsing. I was thinking that they were closing @19: 00hrs, only to informed that the store was closing at 1800hrs. Henceforth we were all asked to leave.
Their website said open till 7pm.
May be it needs updating! They've lost a lot of potential sales tonight.

Was notified my click and collect was ready so came down here because the website said it was open until 7pm but got here at 6: 30pm to find it was closed and about 10 other people came to the door while I was there. Hours need to be updated on website and maps as both are wrong.

The website is the slowest website l have ever been on also rebal has a problem with there payment l tryed to pay with a debit card but rebal would not except payment l have brought products all round world l complained to rebal and told them to fix there payment methods and to update there website but l spose this will never happen to the boss at rebal fix your website and fix your payment methods it's a discrass God it's 2021 keep up with progress l would like to see some changes soon so would the rest of Australia to come on get with it

Its a rebel sport what can I say, it either has what you're looking for or doesn't, in this case it mostly did

Have tried calling over 5 times to check stock on a few items because the online stock isn't always accurate. Most recently called about a treadmill (a $2K sale).

Every time I've been put on hold to speak to someone in the relevant department and end up sitting there for over 5 mins without an answer.

Don't waste your time with Rebel Mornington.

Note: I could understand if they were having a busy day, but this has happened on 5 separate occasions.

Absolute fantastic staff very kind and was happy enough to answer a small list of questions. Would go there again

Was hard to find staff on the floor to help with products but once located they were friendly, helpful and knew their products.

Workers on the registers need a bit more training in regards to treatment of customers. Eye contact, greeting and small talk comes first, then treat every customer the same and don’t judge them on how much they buy. Next time hopefully they will ask me for their loyalty card like the customer next to me.
