Bought a racket, used it once, plastic wrap from the grips was removed. The racket is totally unusable and rebel won't exchange it

Can be also worn with smart casual, everyday clothing as well.

Made an order in early Jan for a click and collect, they called saying they're going to need to post it and finally sent it out 1.5 months later. Worth going to another Rebel store.

I live 40 min away from the city, and I rang the store. Jai answered the phone call. He was amazing. He got the ball for us and put it aside on hold so that I could come and pick tomorrow morning. Excellent customer service. Hope to visit the shop tomorrow

Incredible staff.
I was looking for a specific gym gloves. I was not able to find it anywhere, it was sold out. Will was just amazing. He went out of this way to check the back for stock, checked the system if he could find it anywhere else in Australia. Finally he located one in Cairns and shipped it to the store. I just picked up from store and in time for Christmas. Made my day. Thank you so much Will. You are the best.

We been there just to buy my son a L size swimsuit. I have called and discuss with them and they say they have all size swim suit. That all the size I needed. But we go there, that one staff said that they don't have it. All small sized. We live in the western suburbs and it takes 30 min drive. Not impressed. Don't go here. They lie to customers to get people to coming to their store.

The wide range of stuff was definitely not all on stock. I am looking for a swim suit, they say that they don’t have any. I called them before and discuss with them. They say they have, but they are all for little kids. Don’t go here.

Good branch. Just note that there is another Rebel on Bourke Street further towards Swanston Street.

Sports store having things from every brand at single place but the collection is not very upto date and prices are on higher side. If there’s some offer at Brand and these guys might not have that offer. It’s better to check nearby brand store and then check here.

Sales staff were attentive but not in your face. They also have low prices and beat/match competitor prices as well

Staple of sporting goods but didn't stock what I wanted after searching on line for reef shoes at reasonable price. I probably should have let the assistant help but since I didn't find it I went elsewhere. I think Rebel is good but it just didn't meet my needs today.

Staff in the footwear department were really helpful. Had great knowledge of the shoes and were able to get me into the right pair. Highly recommend

Empty store with staff busy chatting amongst themselves, recommend visiting other Rebel stores.
