I went into Rebel a few weeks ago to buy a new pair of shoes. I was happily served by Daniel. He was able find me a pair of Asics for that helps out with my Plantar Fasciitis. 10/10 service by Daniel and the cashier.

Witnessed a man come in yesterday with his partner and asked a male staff member for a certain pair of air max’s for his partner.
The man had a stutter when he spoke to the staff member and instead of the staff member helping him, he decided to repeat the question back to the customer, mocking his stutter and then laughing about it to a female colleague.
This is disgusting behaviour and I saw this customer walking away quite upset.
Horrible behaviour and I won’t be back.

Went in to buy two 5kg dumbbells on April 8.
Didn't know where they were. I stopped Hayden who took me there and showed me the variety of them and explained to me the differences. There wasn't any 5kg on the floor. He went inside to the back and brought out a box of two, which were exactly the ones I was looking for, and also told me that they were 40% off. Other than that he was knowledgeable of the place and of the dumbbells, he was also very friendly. At the checkout, Stephanie was also very friendly and smiled all the time.
This was the first time I shopped at Greensborough Rebel Sport and my experience had been extremely positive. Cheers!

Looked for training weights at a reasonable price and as were 40% off great value. Staff were helpfull.

Great customer service! Took my son in to buy some runners today. The man that helped us was very patient and knowledgeable. He helped us find the right shoe for practicality, price and the right style for my son who is really particular about that!

Visited the Greensborough store looking for a 60th birthday present. Alyssa was so helpful and patient and helped me find the perfect gift.

Was there today (Monday afternoon). Absolutely horrible customer service. Heaps of young people working, not one came up to me asking for help which I clearly needed. They were too busy standing around doing nothing. The worst customer service. Was going to buy some tennis racks. Walked out. You just lost a sale.

Great place to shop verry helpful staff. Really great clothing good prices. I will definitely be going back.

I came here to buy my wife tennis balls, Rebel delivered. All their balls were firm, fresh, and fragrant. Rebel also sells other things, like those weird energy gels for cyclists. That’s not an exhaustive list though. Five stars.

While you can get what you need the service is always shockingly bad, I only ever go here out of desperation of need

Very little stock of bike wear. Seemed to be more concerned about putting gear away in the selves.

Standing in the footyboot section waiting 10 minutes before being approached by a staff member while 2 other staff members deliberately ignored us. One was walking straight towards us and could see we needed help but then turned down an aisle and turned his back to fix stuff in the shelf. Staff are incompetent.

Fantastic service. Very tough times to be trading during covid via a very safe click and collect. Swiftly filled my order and even pumped up the volley ball I purchased. Would click and collect/purchase there again.

After waiting over an hour on chat for my query to be answered.still no answer. My question was why Rebel had slapped a $59.00 delivery charge for a within 4km delivery when they were advertising free delivery for orders over $150. Handy hint: eBay was able to find the very same products with free delivery. Lesson learnt!

Called the store during lock down to check on availability of an item that shows as out of stock on the website. Craig went way above and beyond to make sure I could get the item even though his store didn't have it. Customer service the way it should be!

Service has always been great however, despite having 100's of adult shoes, the store itself has a very small range of childrens shoes. Options for girls shoes are even less. A missed market here as there are only 2 stores in Greensborough Plaza that sell runners and neither have a big range for children. Children go through shoes much quicker than adults, so it seems to be utterly dumb. The small range issue has been going on for years without any change. It is inconvenient and annoying having to go to other Shopping Centres to buy childrens runners.
