rebel Forest Hill

Friend who worked at a rebel bought me a tshirt for my birthday and gave me the receipt incase it didn’t fit. It didn’t, so I went to swap it and the manager at the time refused to let me exchange even though I had the receipt. She was incredibly rude, will not be buying anything from forest hill until she’s gone.

I was looking for a short for my son and a pair of shoes for me and Pet help me a lots. He is an amazing seller and beautiful person. Rebel needs to be proud about this young person because he is representing the brand and the company. I will comeback for more products and thanks Pet:)

Bought a duffel bag online which turned out the C&C location (Forest Hill) was actually out of stock. The store manager Luke was extremely helpful and willing to work towards a solution. He ended up getting one in from another store just in time for pick up as the bag was a gift.

Fantastic customer service by Costa. He patiently measured and identified the size and shape of my kids' feet. Then he was in and out of the storage room at least half dozen times until both of my kids found the most comfortable pairs of shoes. I was also impressed how composed and organised he was while handling 4 groups of customers at the same time. Best shopping expirence I have had for a while.

We were very pleased with a young gentleman (shame I didn’t take down his name) who was extremely helpful and patient with us when we needed to get our daughter a pair of black runners who has wide feet. He got her a pair of plain black new balance runners that cost $50 (last pair and was kept in the store room) and our daughter is super happy with them as they are so comfortable. Well done mate and you have made our day today!

Great customer service by Harry who went out of his way to wheel out heavy gym equipment I purchased to my car at the parking lot. Thanks mate!

Harry is very attentive and attractive, he was super helpful with helping me find the perfect shoe for basketball. Definitely will go back for him.

I am a frequent customer at the store along with my wife and kids.
Usually very happy with the service there from staff but lately I can't help but notice and over hear that one of the older female manager is extremely rude to her staff and talks down on them. I used to mind my own business but having my own daughter with me and witnessing this is very unsettling. She is kind to customers but speaks down on her staff with a nasty tone it is quite appalling.
I do not enjoy bringing my children to this store anymore.

Queued for 3 minutes to pay for purchases. Girl assistant was stuck on a work phone call. Nobody else assisted. Put purchases back on shelf and left.

I was always afraid to ask for help at busy stores, although the workers seem to be under the pump, they always find the time to be able to come and assist me. In particular, Kristina is always an amazing help and my daughter absolutely loves her! Always very very kind!
She makes the store very welcoming and is super supportive and seems to always have the time to assist me.

Everything you need a sports store to be. Just about every major sport is represented and their clothing range is phenomenal.

If you're in need of some new sports apparel then this is the place for you.

I received a 6 star service in this store. Everyone was helpful, efficient and friendly. Just cannot praise high enough! Buying runner is a dreadful exercise for me and quite time consuming. This time it took me around 5 minutes and I had the opportunity to try on many styles. Oh, and should I mention the good variety of goods. Initially I went to this store to buy dumbbells, as Doncaster store does not stock those. Ended up buying runners as well:)

Poor service - all of them busy talking about their weekends and waiting to finish etc. Manager encourages this sort of behaviour. Quite appalling. Won't be back and don't suggest you to go there.

I really like this store and have always found them to have great stock and the staff to be super helpful and friendly. This week I had a particularly good experience when I went in to buy some swimming goggles and was served by Sarah-Jane. She gave me great advice and was extremely friendly and really made my day. Thank you!

Great customer service here. Came in on Monday night (21/12/20) and all the young guys on the floor were so lovely, polite and helpful.
