Had a super delightful experience with Matt from this store! Not only was he well versed with his product knowledge about treadmills, but he also took the time to go out of his way to assist us with loading the heavy machine into our vehicle. Thank you for being so patient and kind throughout!:)

I was in your store today to purchase a acupressure massage ball. I asked the young lady Bethany at the register for some help. She was so nice and went above and beyond for me. Well laid out store but light on staff, it appeared there were only two people on at the time, including the person at the register. I had to leave and call them later for assistance. They were friendly to deal with over the phone.

Helpful and easy but not pushy. They are politely suggestive with helpful promotional info. The blonde lady at the register and the young blokes on the floor are good staff. Love you guys. Regular shopper at Rebel. Especially for kids school items. Many thanks.

The staff were so helpful, even holding onto all my other shopping while I went and got an aldi trolley for my mini haul.

Bought 2 PTP Powertube Elite Extreme yesterday and they do price match with other store with same product so regardless of price they sell excellent product with great price.

Good choice of brand names like Nike, prices from low through to higher prices, plenty of choices

Special shoutout to Nick. Nick has gone out of his way to help me out and this sort of customer service is very rare to see these days. Everytime i shop here, everyone else has been absolutely awesome as well to me but Nick really did stand out. I am very happy with my experience at this store. I normally don't write reviews, but i feel like this one is much needed to show my appreciation towards Nick and everyone else.

Great store. But Specifically this Karen worker, not on the whole store told me that I can’t test the 3kg weight as it has dropped on someone’s toe and broken their toe. What lies, if someone has sustained an injury rebel would’ve gotten many sanctions.

Worst experience at dandenong store, price tagged different on the item $45 they charges us $50 for the product, we talk to them about that why did you charge us extra then other staff member said this is our own price and she show us tag on the other side there was $44.95 then they she said sorry and return $5 back to our card.

A really bad place to shop at because they sell fake Air Force 1s and probably other fake shoes brands too don’t shop here unless u wanna get bullied

Large store with heaps of stock. The staff were really helpful and I found and purchased what I was looking for with no fuss.

I came into Rebel Sport needing help with my Garmin watch. Nick approached very quickly and was very helpful. Second to this, Steph was able to assist and go above and beyond to ensure that my watch was fixed and usable again. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome and experience. Kudos!
