The lady whoever she was, I asked for a particular size of a footwear and she went at the back to grab the item then when she finally got them she was very busy talking to her male coworker and I was waiting for her to hand me the thing like literally 2 metres away.
There's a place to chitchat bout your personal lives not when you're attending a customer. Very unprofessional.

Looks great from the outside but trying to get in was a nightmare. Construction works going everywhere. Once in then it was okay. Needs more space for larger vehicle while being there otherwise got what I needed from here.

They held for me on xmas eve the last pair of mens size 8 addidas 2.0 shoes that was a gift for my uncle. Cheers guys

No late night trading hours is pretty sub par. This store normally doesn't have much variety either. You're better off going elsewhere.

Extremely disappointing there are so many sales people in the floor that are just chatting and when approached for help with sizes was told if you can’t find in then that’s all we had. The stuff is all over the place and the only reason I asked to check for sizes is if I could probably get the one I am after. These companies employ people to serve the customers but most of this time customers don’t get any service. Utterly disappointed with the experience today.

They stuffed up my order with one item and their resolution is “we don’t know where your order is. Call the head office to find out”. This was a week ago. The item has a tracking for next month. Very disappointed with them. Go to other Rebel stores. They are much more professional. Store manager tried to explain the same thing to me three times where I already knew such fact. I kept getting SMS messages from them as well as email, stating my item is ready to be picked up. They were probably wanted to make me angry. Once confronted, they don’t know why I have been getting such messages.

Don’t bother going there. If the item you purchased is not in that store, good luck to you!

Cannot help with a box to the car? First place I heard that from. Plenty of other stores around. Bought a basketball hoop system. Doesn't weigh much but awkward shape. I did manage on my own to place the box in the car. Last time shopping here.

I was served by Mary! She was courteous, helpful and so patient as I made my choices to purchase, tried on different options and gave very useful and knowledgeable recommendations and advice as to what were suitable options. The store was very clean and organised and staff adhered to safe practices. Overall an excellent shopping experience. Thanks so much to the Rebel team.
