Very good customer service, make you feel welcome, trying a pair of shoes, staff quite helpful, shoes not suit us, we end up buying swim top there.

The store is very busy and Steffany is showing us a really good customer service! Most people will just say all the stock we have is on the floor, but she is helping us check the stock at the back and also calling other stores to make sure they have the item. She also gave us some options to make sure we were happy with the purchase! Thank you again Steffany.

I had a wonderful experience at rebel Chadstone Internal thanks to Abbey B! She was fantastic in recommending me a pair of simple running shoes, able to provide me with feedback and her own expertise, and was lovely to talk to. I couldn't recommend more.

Got good wide variety for sports stuff. I had bought some sports shoe, didn’t get the name of the guy but he was amazing to find out the best ones. Really really helpful, kind and friendly he was as I was bit confused.
But regards to the checkout counter customer service experience, it did not went well. That lady was really rude, no hello no hi nothing. Felt really opposite of the staff who helped me with the shoes.
Customer service at the checkout counter can be improved and it justifies 4.

Had a quick stop to buy some sporting goods. Place was well kept and had enough staff to take care.

Asked for a better price on some adidas soccer boots. Manager of department refused to better their price even though I have had discounts multiple times before from different managers. I had only just purchased soccer boots a few months earlier which my son out grew and therefore came back to this store who had looked after us last time. Not about the price but about the terrible attitude of their department manager Will. Did not give a hoot when I said I would not be returning to their store again. He just said “oh well. ” Obviously Rebel don’t care about their customers coming back. I went into the actual adidas store next door who sold me the exact style of boot with a nicer colour in fact and gave me a 15% discount on the original price (was the same price originally as Rebel). Thanks Will by making me leave your store and go next door I saved myself $$$$ and your attitude lost your store a sale and a long time customer. GOOD JOB WILL. I hope your managers see this. Your attitude stinks!

All are good as it supposed to be but only 2 people on the floor to ask questions and yeah they were busy, hard to get their attention!

Rebel have all sports gear and clothing, great selection, but all are overpriced. Biggest insult is having to pay $1.00 for one of their bags at the register, to be thrown out on arrival home. Why not offer a 5c or 10c paper bag option? It's an absolute insult to spend a couple of hundred dollars instore, and then being told you have to spend a dollar for a bag to put your purchases in. Where is the respect to the customer? I take two points off them for leaving the store feeling ripped off.

Shout to to Patrick at Nike shoes area. He is one of the best staff I have encountered so far. Very approachable and attentive. I came in to exchange the shoes I bought online and the size I wanted is not available in-store, yet Patrick took his time to introduce me to different shoes that might fit me (even tho the store is not quiet). After choosing a different style, he made sure that I know the type of activity that suits the shoes I choose (i.g more suitable for training than normal day-to-day wear). This is what value-based service is. P. S: patrick is very quick and approachable by all the customer.: D will definitely come back for rebel.

Find Patrick! He’s humble, kind and a Podiatrist by trade. He picked up lots about my feet super confident he’s found the runners (ASICS) for me. He’s a hidden gem. The girl at checkout on the other hand is not happy there?

Went to Chadstone Rebel sport to exchange my sons top and I had a young girl who was very helpful. Then I went to do the exchange at the counter and I was served by Isabella who I found to be rude to me as a customer as she didn't make any conversation as she tried to serve me so she could go back to the other staff members to talk. I was left feeling angry as she didn't bother to pack my bag as she walked off to chat with her colleagues. My husband was at the other counter and got treated the same no customer service what so ever. My husband felt upset as Yasmin the staff at Rebel didn't pack his purchase. No customer service, won't be back there.at Chadstone
