rebel Bendigo reviews
43Lined up at the check out counter behind 4 other people waiting to be served, for about 15 mins only one check out staff there while other staff members were in sight doing nothing.
Shoutout to Zach. Friendly, knowledgeable guy that helped me make some informed purchases. 5 stars
Had a great experience at Rebel Bendigo today! Big thanks to Olivia who went above and beyond to assist me in exchanging two pairs of runners. Her customer service was exceptional and I left a happy customer and will definitely return. Thanks Olivia!
The service is so bad at this store, today I went there in the morning with my daughter to buy some shoes and after 10 minutes of staring at staff and being ignored I left. Returned in the afternoon with my daughter and got ignored for 15 minutes before I asked for help. I felt bad, interrupting the conversation of the two girls standing there, ignoring me, but at the end of the day I was there for a reason. One of the girls begrudgingly went out the back and found me the pair of shoes that I wanted after rolling her eyes if I could’ve bought these new runners anywhere else I would have. Someone needs to teach the staff. The good customer service is offered and it shouldn’t have to be sought out. I can’t put into words how badly these two girls didn’t want to help, they moved away from us, avoided eye contact, if they accidentally looked at us they quickly looked away. The icing on the cake was the bad attitude I got when finally did get help and asked a few questions.
Very busy, the guy meant to be assisting didn't really help at all or ask any questions, any time I asked him something he'd point out a couple of shoes and then go off to someone else and ask if they needed help. Would not recommend.
Got tired of waiting to try on shoes and not even being acknowledged by staff and walked out. At least say something to customers who are waiting! This seems to be a common issue at Rebel Bendigo.
Very busy store.young lad who served wasn't really interested in assisting and needed more knowledge of the products. I was buying runners.
Went looking for footy boots and was helped by a Zachary E. The young man went above and beyond to help me out in my search. Found some boots that were in my budget and my size, lucky enough. I am very happy with the boots and very grateful for the help from Zac. Very rare to get that quality of service.
Poor service poor attitude no customer service at all as a person who has worked in the retail space for over 25 years not good enough.
Great service, very helpful & male retail assistant even carried item & put in my car.
Been very happy to shop here.
Staff don’t bother to offer people assistance. Nothing is priced in the store, went to the counter with the shoes I wanted to purchase which had no price the young girl put the sale through then just stared at me waiting for me to pay but didn’t advise how much the shoes were. My son wanted a couple of things at the front but due to no prices on things he didn’t bother to purchase them. Pretty sure ACCC law states you must have prices on things
Returned the wrong sized shoes from Santa and swapped for a larger size without a drama.
Great products and service on offer
I have just come from the Kangaroo Flat shop having purchased a pair of shoes for my EP classes. Rebecca Lloyd served me and was extremely friendly and experienced. I am not easy to fit, however Rebecca had no problems in sorting me out.
THANK YOU, Rebecca.

There is some range, although small and very disorganised. Rebel also currently has 30% off women's clothing only, but not men's clothing too? Staff at least did offer assistance, although lacked any ounce of enthusiasm. I think I'll be sticking to the smaller stores in Bendigo.
I was having a sore feet issue from last 6 year no podiatrist could help yesterday went to Rebel Bendigo store and met with a very knowledgeable and smart lady ”Becc” she accessed me first and after that she suggested me to try the pair which fits to my need after buying those pair of shoes whole day i wear them and latterly i can say i am walking on cloud, she is a true GEM.
Spending $300+ worth it.
Thank you to the whole team
I came in last Thursday for my kids shoes and received amazing service from your staff member Ryan not only was he very friendly and helpful he was also training a new staff member at the same time she was also great but didn't get her name. Ryan was amazing with my kids helping my daughter put on her new shoes and making her laugh and smile. I will definitely be returning and recommending to other parents to shop here.
Ecku sales staff was amazing and very helpful. She was polite helpful and very knowledgeable. Great service.
The sales girl was new, and v.helpful. Her supervisor was rude and dismissive, spoke to her like a dog. Totally ignored me, standing next to her. Whatever happened to "the customer is always right? "
purchased a 220$ pair of New Balance sneakers mainly so she would get the sale. Up to her boss, I'd have gone elsewhere.
I attended yesterday. While waiting to be served I was watching the interaction of John with and elderly couple and he seemed really helpful and engaged. I thought "great, I can get some help". I suffer from medically diagnosed heal issues and I was looking for a shoe to do various sports/excersise. When approached by a young lady, I explained and she said she would get someone with more experience, the second lady came and after explaining said she would need to get someone else. Shortly after the first girl came back, with after looking at the show wall, the 3 most expensive running shoes the store had to offer without ANY explaination for why these shoes would work or be recommended for me. When I asked she said "arch support", pretty much the only explanation I got. There was another larger man present at this time but he did not contribute at all. My daughter then brought me some shoes she thought might be an option (cheaper) and when I tried these on the man said.they will not offer any support. At this point I was beyond frustrated as I really got no information and just felt that I was being pushed to get the most expensive shoes in store. As we therefore decided just to leave we noticed that the two store attendants appeared to be snickering as they packed up the shoes. REALLY unprofessional all round. More annoying was that my daughter looked up online best shoes for heal support on the way home.it turns out the shoes she picked were supposed to be one of the best options for my condition. I go into store to try shoes on to ensure an appropriate fit but this was one of the worst experiences I have had. I do not like feeling I am being ripped off and ridiculed.
Went to buy shoes and the staff member who served me knew everything about shoes and was eager to help me out. Would buy shoes from the same bloke again. 10/10
