Either build another store in Ballarat or increase your stock levels.constantly out of stock on so many shoes.

After a bad customer service experience with this store I visited again today and was assisted in the shoe department by Kyan. Kyan is an example of what a good customer service experience should be. Great product knowledge and was only too happy to assist. Nothing was too much trouble. A very positive shopping experience thanks to Kyan.

Friendly and helpful staff. I bought some wrist straps a couple of weeks ago and the bloke I spoke to gave me great advice.

The layout of the store is a bit odd but the location is convenient and staff are helpful.

I visited this store last week. Only a couple of customers in the store. Two staff standing around talking, didn’t come over and ask if I need help just walked off.
I had to ask the girl on the front desk to ask a staff member for assistance. When I did get help it appeared as though I was putting her out by asking.
Bad customer service experience will be taking my business elsewhere in future.

Can’t believe I read Carol’s review from 4 weeks ago and I had same experience, if I owned that business, they’d be out the door quicker than me, I had 2 girls standing in Shoe department one in front of heater not wanting to move, when I asked which one can I ask a question, the one in front of heater said either, so I chose her, because the other one was at least putting shoes back, then she pointed to what she thought I wanted and when I went to ask her if I could try a certain shoe on, she’d walked back to the heater, you know my answer I certainly won’t be back and she gets a pay rise

We had the pleasure of being served by Lucy when purchasing a Garmin watch. Lucy was very helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. You are lucky to have her as part of your team. We will be back again

I am not keen on this place, last to two my times have been mediocre at best. Membership gave me no reward on purchase. Everything seemed a bit too difficult

Got here just on closing, desperate for a mouth guard. The understanding staff let me in to grab what I needed, checked me out in minutes. Legendary service.

Had the best experience thanks to Adam. He was very knowledgeable about soccer and made the awful job of trying on boots, so much easier and stress-free for our children.

Rebel has amazing staff, who not only know their stuff, but know about it.
Huge range of produce, from bike helmets, to basketball rings. Not to mention the high quality brands, Nike, Adidas ect.

Visited Sunday 18/9/22 in the afternoon to get cricket shoes for my daughter. Met a young shop assistant there working in the training equipment area, I found him very helpful and good knowledge of cricket shoes even though he doesn't normally work in the shoe department. A good selection of shoes to try with great help from the assistant. Upon leaving we were also greeted with a smile from the assistant at the register who processed our purchase, overall a good experience I will certainly be going back again.

Good, unlike a few other stores that I have been to in Melbourne the staff were very helpful and friendly

Highly disappointed by the customer service that was provided today. Today I was greeted and served by a lady with dark long hair in pony tail. Firstly was rude when she had asked me if I had a face mask and I replied simply that I had a exemption then for it to be responded with negative attitude. I was there for a click and collect and sadly was served by her with no positive customer service. Which left the first bad experience in the store.
I sincerely hope this staff member reads this and realise how it came across and makes no one else feel like this.

Walked in and they didn't have the lady's runners in my size but they had them in men's so I got them.easy fix.quick and easy.

Maybe work on your customer service. That's why I didn't buy another pair of runners and took the refund

Today, I visited Rebel, Ballarat, for a pair of laces for my runners. I'd previously rung to see if they stocked them, and Stephen (Steven? } was very helpful and polite. At the store, the two staff I dealt with, one chap on the floor, and the young lady at the checkout, were also friendly and polite. I made probably their smallest sale today, and was treated with excellent customer service.which means I'll be back when I need new runners. Thanks.

Probably the best place in Ballarat to buy sporting goods, the clothing section is quite large and staff are always helpful and nice
All in all a great shop to visit
