We went into this store to purchase a Christmas for our grandson. We even signed up to be a member for discount.

Terrible customer service no manners. Rolling eyes smirking as I wanted an explanation on the transaction.

Get your act together if you have no time for your customers stay home.

It would be helpful, if you answered your phones when called. Unanswered. (multiple times through the day)

Andrew was amazing he found the Nike pro’s I was after when two girls could not. Very friendly with great customer service!

For a sports shop, they had very limited stock of GU Energy Gel, compared to their other branches. The staff wasn't even sure if they had them or not, and we just found them dumbed next to the counter.

We had to pickup whatever they had, but were disappointed by the lack of options.

The staff here were extremely helpful! Although my size was not available in the style of runners I wanted, they ordered it on my behalf online and had it shipped to my door within 3 days! Fantastic! Couldn't be happier with the service I got.

Not as big a range as the bigger Revels store but still ok, customer service was excellent! Keep up the good work guys.

I was looking for a pair of sneakers and I was served almost immediately upon entering the store by a helpful young male staff member.
I made my purchase and when I tried the sneakers at home I found they were over cushioned so I telephoned the store to ask for a possible exchange and the female staff member who answered my enquiry was kind enough to say I could.
After returning to the store I sought the first staff member who assisted me and after explaining my reason he kindly found another suitable pair of sneakers for me which I liked and purchased them.
I cannot fault the quality of sneakers or the customer service I received.
A well presented store with very attentive and courteous staff with a high knowledge of their products.

They didn't stock the items I was after. They have previously which was why I didn't check online or similar before attending. In future, Ill check online or ring the store before heading to the store. Overall the store was easy to move about in and find other items.

Was after a sports watch. You need to do your research first as there's not much info on them in-store but prices are competitive with other stores.

Too expensive. Especially the Asics range of Kayanos where at least $100 over the price on internet.

Arrived at the store to purchase cricket bat toe guard and protection sheet, I was offered no service when I requested for the installation. Left dissatisfied.

Since the Covid-19 lockdowns.their is a lack of stock in this store you might as well shop online

Staff are nowhere to be found. Can't get help. Not much gear compared to other stores. Plus staff dont clean their hands after the bathroom.

Typical Rebel, decent customer service. Not a lot of waiting before being approached by staff for assistance.

I was helped but this enthusiastic and knowledgable young lady named Ebony, she dedicated her time to making sure I walked out with the perfect pair of shoes, will be returning!

Mens clothing is very limited compared to other rebels would suggest going elsewhere if you are a man. Women seem to be catered for way better.

I buy track pants and tops from rebel but i don't my runners because i like to buy newer brands.
