RealCare Health Clinic - South Melbourne Doctors

I took my 16 year old son to see Dr Raymon on Sunday. I had not attended the clinic for years since it had changed hands. Dr Raymon is one of the loveliest doctors I have ever met. He is compassionate, kind, thorough and does not rush through the appointment. His support and care for son was faultless. I can’t recommend the clinic and Dr Raymon highly enough.

Dr Yuri Raymon is a caring and knowledgeable doctor. Excellent diagnostician. Highly recommended.

Doctor Yuri Raymon takes his time to examine his patients. Very attentive and caring. Doesn't rush you out of his office (like some) but rather makes sure that "no stone is left unturned" in diagnosing you, giving you solid advice and treatment, based on his extensive knowledge and experience

Dr Raymon is fabulous - helped me to address various matters and supported me all the way through the journey.if you are looking for GP, would highly recommend making an appointment to see him.

I'm so grateful that I've been able to locate Dr Yuri Raymon once again following his move to RealCare Health Clinic! Always kind and caring, Dr Raymon is a fantastic GP willing to go the extra mile in the care of patients and I'm truly pleased to recommend him and this clinic.

I must also extend a high praise to the delightful Maria at reception as well - incredibly kind, thoughtful and attentive to the needs of patients visiting the clinic. Even when they're not feeling well, Maria's courteous, polite and friendly nature certainly lightens the room and brings patients' spirits up when they're not at their best (including my own). From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

My 84 yo father was visiting from NSW and we had to find a doctor urgently. The staff were very accommodating and Dr Yuri was so caring and thorough. 10/10!

Really appreciated them fitting me in last minute as I was leaving the country the same day but the consult was substandard. Ended up in the emergency room where I was treated with antibiotics and painkillers yet they’re withholding my pathology results unless I pay for another consult. All about the money and no care! So disappointing.

They lie when you make a booking that they have time to see you. You can wait and not get treated. I ended up walking out. They should rename it as "No Care" health care as they just don't care at all.

This is a great local clinic with caring Doctors who can offer many different services in the same clinic. Plenty of seating, drinking water and right on the No. 1 tram route. I am a long term patient and I can highly recommend this health practice.

I had my COVID vaccine at this clinic and had an excellent experience! The waiting time was surprisingly quick and it was the most painless and easy injection I've had. Dr Petrov was efficient and very informative. The nurses were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Made a telehealth appointment with them at 2pm today and they didn’t get back to me until 6: 00pm.

I understand that the healthcare system is overwhelmed with vaccinations right now, however, I made an appointment and that should be prioritized.

Dr Laughlin is thorough, and with an ongoing issue it has been a pleasure to have his support for the past 2 years. He goes over and above and takes the time to understand any issues. My experience with Dr Petrov was not as good, but nonetheless still very competent.

Dr Laughlin is kind and good man who is very thorough with his check ups and treatments, he makes sure to go above and beyond to make sure his patients are receiving the best service (advice and treatment) possible to aid them in their recovery.

I would highly recommend Dr Laughlin and Real Health Care clinic, f anyone is looking for a GP or just a visit to get checked up.

This is probably the best doctor's office I have been to in Melbourne. I didn't have to wait at all for my appointment and the doctor I saw was extremely lovely. Highly recommend!

I can only endorse all of the positive reviews already written & multiply them by ten. Being new to Melbourne it took a few attempts to find the right G. P. Since finding Dr Petrov I have not looked back. He is incredibly thorough as others have mentioned & takes the time to offer clear explanations and options for treatment. His interactions are professional, knowledgeable and genuine. Feedback from friends & colleagues I've recommended the practice to have been equally happy with their experiences.
