Huge thank you to Rida my property manager from RWP for her warm, professional and open communication during the process of securing my apartment. She has been an absolute pleasure to deal with.
Rida went out of her way to communicate with myself and was very responsive to all my enquires.
I am extremely grateful and looking forward to liaising further with Rida moving forward!
Highly recommend RWP as an agency as they are very professional and personable in the way they do business!

Having lived for a few years as a student from overseas it was time for me to find a place on my own. With the help of RWP I was able to secure the same. Would like to thank Rida for being patient with me when i requested to check the property one more time after the scheduled inspection date.

Rida was very quick with her responses in terms of my chances of leasing the property which made life easier for me as I was cutting close to my move out date from the previous property.

However, after moving in, the response frequency changed. If we did encounter any issues in the property, we often got a very delayed response from RWP and in some cases a no response was guaranteed unless a follow-up was sent. This at times was frustrating mainly because some of those issues needed immediate attention. Anyway, water under the bridge. No harm done.

After we moved out, Rida made the process of fund repayment effortless. We were given a checklist and thankfully for us we ticked all the boxes and received our bond in full without any hassle.

Would thank RWP and Rida for their help and support.

We have built a relationship with RWP over about 4 years now, utilising their expertise in buying, selling and renting out properties. Would highly recommend their invaluable experience, knowledge and professionalism. As we were first time buyers, they couldn't have been more helpful in providing advice beyond what we would have expected, and have always been genuine in our dealings with them, moreso than with other real estate agents we have come across. I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A 1 STAR REVIEW IN MY LIFE!

What a horrible experience myself and my partner have had with this business. We have always had great relationships with our property managers and always been looked after. Not in this case.

My partner and I submitted our bond and incorrectly written lease form on the day of approval, due to feeling of urgency created by the agent Virginia and desperation to improve our health. I let Virginia know we would like to reinspect the property the next day for reassurance as my partner and myself currently suffer from CIRS (mold toxicity) and needed to thoroughly check the apartments ventilation as it can have a major impact on our health.

At this stage we were told we need to re complete the lease form in order to progress further. After further inspection my partner and myself came to the conclusion that it was not the right apartment for us (extremely air tight envelope and lacked adequate ventilation for our needs). My partner let Virginia know straight after our inspection which she was met with rage, belittlement and basically said we don't know what we're talking about. Virginia then preceded to tell my partner that we are now locked into this lease and have to pay rent until they find someone else! We hadn't even gotten close to moving in or being handed the keys!

Since then, we have been back and forth with the highly unprofessional and manipulative Virginia who talks negatively and personally about previous tenants and has no sense of customer service WHATSOEVER! After a month we received a portion of our money back and have been told we have had to pay FEES / RENT for the time we were not there. I have messaged the main email of the company and asked to speak to the owner of the company which Virginia has replied and REFUSED to give me the number. We are now awaiting contact from VCAT to receive the remainder of our money! This is not a matter about money but about PRINCIPLE!

What a horrid and unpleasant experience which we definitely weren't understood or looked after. I am sure this business would have other agents with great customer service who take care of their customer. Although, this has not been the case with ourselves and Virginia. We have now learnt the tough lesson to be weary of real estate agents and to not make a quick decision with urgency from the agent or even if you're desperate to improve your health!

AVOID Virginia at all costs if you're after someone who cares and has some form of customer service!

There is no reply to this that can justify this extremely poor service and experience. I have heard enough of Virginia's delusional side of the story trying to pin down a customer due to technicalities, this is neither MORAL or ETHICAL whatsoever! This never should of been allowed to be processed if the customer was unsure and wanted to reinspect the property especially due to health concerns.

There is a reason this business is under 4 stars.and it's no coincidence! Customer service is an extremely vital part of any business!

Extremely dishonest and unprofessional. I will never rent a property again from RWP, purely because of the way I was spoken to.

I also received a call from RWP after leaving this one star review asking me to take it down. How unprofessional.

I will be taking her to VCAT so she can be held accountable for her bullying, lies and dodgy behaviour. Do not go through this agency if you are looking for an honest agent with basic human decency. Virginia is a dishonourable saleswoman. Courtesy, civility and respect don't seem to be part of her vocabulary. No doubt she will reply to this review with more lies and fallacy. I look forward to the laugh. Take your business elsewhere.

We've been with RWP for the last 4 years as tentants and never had a problem with them. My property manager Joe and Rida are really responsible and helpful. Easy communication, fast response. They're the reason that we want to stay in the same apartment for so long.

Terrible service, dishonest to both landlord and tenant. If you are renting/looking for an estate agent, go to a reputable agent and stay clear of real wealth property

We rented an apartment from RWP, and we were happy with their services, we had some plumbing problems that were solved quickly.

Rida was excellent with her communication throughout the process of moving out, that made moving easier.

Highly recommend the team at RWP! Nicole Miles went out of her way to help me purchase my property and manage everything while i was in Sydney.
Nicole and Joe now manage my investment property and i couldn't be happier with their service and communication.
