I completed the First Aid and CPR course here and it was excellent. The instructor was very good.

Awesome first-aid course, teacher was very engaging and its Awesome we could do it online.
After a few mishaps on my behalf we were able to reschedule a time suitable. Thanks again

We used these guys a few years back and they were great.

We tried to get them back recently to retrain our team, and have tried 3 times, left messages, been put on hold etc etc

I am not sure how a company goes from a 5 star rating to a 1 so quickly but this team certainly have managed it.

Well done 'Real Response' - a true misnomer

Simulations really tested how well you would react under pressure and it was good to be able to practice those scenarios. The instructor, Tracey, was great and very knowledgeable.

The teacher I met wasn't a paramedic and lack real life experience in dealing with emergency situation. If you are after a course which is professional and give you confidence in real life emergency situation, this place is not for you.
I walk out feel less confident to administrate first aid, this should never be an outcome of a good first aid course.

Loved the interactive scenario training however they really let themselves down with the amount of bugs in their online training system (and the associated customer support).

I couldn't be more pleased with the training provided by Real Response. The trainers were all highly attentive and gave me the assistance I needed to really understand the content. I was amazed at the detail they put into creating as real simulation as possible, so I feel prepared for any emergency situation. I highly recommend and look forward to being a student on further training programs.

I just completed the first aid course with Real Response and thought it was excellent, this group knows how to educate and not just dump a lot of content into a day. Olivia, the instructor was knowledgeable, clear and best of all - incredibly engaging. The dramatised scenarios were educational, not gimmicky. The extensive online support materials and videos are very professional. I also appreciated that the videos were created as short, targeted topics (no waffle).

First aid course 5*: up to 4 close to reality cases. Very good practice for those who do really what to feel and remember what to do in real emergency. Appropriate video materials.

Best first aid training I've ever had. The trainer was knowledgeable and considerate of individual needs. The real standout of this course though was the ultra-realistic scenarios. Make-up, smells and sounds are used to create a 'surprise' scene involving the whole class (the highlight was when we took over an entire bathroom in our office building to simulate an arterial bleed - fake blood everywhere!).

As the first aider, you're even required to call a pretend emergency services operator (via a 1300 number provided) and go through the process of requesting an ambulance, just as though it's a real emergency. Most people (including first aid veterans) have never had to make that call, and were so appreciative at having had the opportunity to get that experience so they're better prepared in a real emergency.

All in all, a comprehensive course that leaves every participant feeling much more confident in their ability to handle a real-life emergency.

Super practical, educational and fun too! Scenarios were real, challenging and fast paced. I left feeling well informed and confident about tackling first aid emergencies.

Really incredible first aid training, they know what they're doing and take the learning process of those attending the classes in really consideration, providing meaningful real-world training, and not just a piece of paper at the end of the class.
