We are very happy with their work, they've been very helpful for setting up the system for us. Their sales person was great and was wonderful to work with.

Recently transferred our business phones to Real ICT, Josh has been incredibly helpful in the transition. The whole team have been very responsive to our needs & gone out of their way to help. The best bit is you get to speak to real people who know what they are doing.

The transition from previous provider to Real ICT was seamless and we experience zero downtime. All staff involved were knowledgeable and on change over day there was always a staff member a phone call away to help solve any small amendments we required.

We dealt with Paul early on, he managed our needs and initial communication. Quotes were sent promptly and answered any questions we had.

Stef was in charge of our service setup and deployment and she was extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

Bob is our account manager who has been great in checking in on us making sure all our needs have been met and now the process of phone system and NBN has been completed he is going out of his way to see if he can save us more money by looking at our other existing services.

It's great to see good old fashion service and I'm sure we will have a long prosperous business relationship for many years to come after such a position experience.

Great service. I’ve been with another provider who claim to say Yes but they didn’t when my NBN wasn’t up to speed. I changed to Real ICT and Paul arranged for a tech to look at the issue. He found a break in the line 146m up the road. Speed was good again. Great initiative, Paul. That’s all it would have taken to keep my business Mr Octopus. (No telcos have been named or shamed in this review)

Transfering our phone and internet services to Real ICT has been a great move. Service and support are excellent.
