Soph and Jas at REG have been an absolute dream to work with.

Living interstate with an investment property in Geelong has been such an easy process with Soph and her team at REG. From the very beginning she talked me through the entire process and was incredibly supportive (and was very patient with all of my questions, as this is my first investment). Everything was done over the phone or online and it was so easy.

I wasn't able to travel to the property during both the PC and handover but Soph was able to be there on my behalf and even facetimed me so I could see the property live.

When I was finally able to get there, Soph met with me and walked me through the property and again we spoke about the overall process. Her and Jas were able to advertise the property soon after handover and within a really short time they found the perfect tenant.

They have been in constant communication and continue to be such a pleasure to work with. They are such a warm and welcoming team, I cannot recommend them enough!

REG is amazing. They do everything to make sure that the landlord is well looked after and have a very strategic process when searching for tenants. They are always in contact and have no issues whenever you call them needing some information. They always keep you up to date. It is even better that they are able to complete all of this while I am interstate and they have made the whole process seamless. I have had some very average agents take care of properties in the past but I cannot recommend REG more.
